I've used this company several times, and every experience has reinforced the fact that they are an honest company who has our best interests in mind. They're always upfront about their schedule and never overcommit, and they are quick to respond and fix the problem. Most recently, they took the time to troubleshoot simple issues over the phone to save us the time and money of a visit.

Back in 2014, I had my entire HVAC units replaced. I purchased my home brand new in Murfreesboro in 2007 and the inferior units the builders put in went out. Black's HVAC treated me like family and when I bought my new house in Puckett Station last Spring, they installed a mini split HVAC system in my garage 'Man-Cave' It's nice to have Heat & Air in the garage! Trust me, they can take care of all your HVAC needs!

Blacks is so professional and very honest. Referred a friend to them and they took care of her and did it cheaper than the places here were going to charge her.
