Adams Air Conditioning & Heating

I recently needed to replace my home water heater. It was Friday and I had out of town guests. Adams’s residential crews were already committed to other work through the following week. So… Adams brought in a crew from its commercial division, on Saturday no less, and installed a new tankless heater. It was a lifesaver for me. Adams does top quality work and is totally customer oriented. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Our heater broke and we needed someone out quick. They were a huge help and very responsive. They weren’t too pushy and had a good plan and now our heat works perfectly. I highly recommend them. Very impressed.

Paul was great! Let me know he was on the way and was on time. Very professional and polite. Pointed out things he saw that we needed to be aware of. Made his recommendations, sent me an email of what he did, including pictures.
Highly recommend using Paul, if we have an issue down the road we will request him.

Brent came out last week to fix our dripping bath faucet. He was fantastic. Quick and efficient, plus he cleaned out the sink drain too when he realized it was a little clogged as well! He was very professional and kind.

I am getting new counter tops and a new sink. I asked Adams to help me install my sink since it’s a farmhouse style sink. Though they would not do the customization of my cabinet, they helped me plan how to do the work and came back the following week and install my sink. It’s a retrofit sink that took quite a bit of time and planning to install. They did an amazing job. Ignoring the fact I need to buy new doors, and that my counters are not installed yet, I think their work was beautifully done.

Adam’s performing main water line repair from my meter to the house. Gabe was our technician and he could not have been more knowledgeable, personable and prepared. Gabe took his time to diagnose the problem and develop a solution that would last vs get it done. I was completely impressed with his abilities to repair the issue and also make minor improvements that would make the repair last even longer. He took great care to limit damage to our lawn and he was personable throughout the project.
I called in an emergency with no water to my house. Adam’s made it happen to get someone on site to help me quickly, and I’m grateful it was Gabe. Job well done for the entire Adams Team…!

My air conditioner went down on a Thursday night. I was able to reach them. And they also came out on a Saturday morning. That was Awesome!!. Thank you so much.

We have used Proctor and Graves and now Adam's for over 10 years now. Always professional and honest. No pressure service and gives you multiple options to help with budget if you need repair or replacement. In many cases I get the same service tech everytime. Great company!
