Thanks very much to A&A for the terrific job they provided on our recent ductwork replacement project in the crawlspace of our home. The work crew was highly skilled and professional. They completed the demolition work and new work installation in record time. After that, A&A provided us with a comprehensive air balance.

We couldn't be more pleased with how well this project went from start to finish. Thanks A&A for everything and thanks even more for the great competitive price you gave us to do the work of this project.

Josh came out the day after Christmas, after I called several other companies and he fixed our heating issues within 30 minutes. Very professional and will definitely use him in the future.

Josh came out in the frigid temperatures at 9 pm during Christmas holiday season and took care of our issue at a VERY reasonable price! Has earned my future business!

This technician was called because, I don't have time with my working hours, I have 30 years exp. in Industrial Maintenance, including HVAC and Ammonia Cooling. He decided I have to repair all the duct work in my house, and the office sent me an 1125 dollar estimate, I had a few hours today to check the system, I hooked up the gauges (Freon Level was fine) and found the safety cap on the return line broken, so I doubt they checked it. I bet they can't even tell me what the measurement was. I then started inspecting the air handler, there is no way the technician checked the inlet side, as the mastic was still covering the screws. The Fan coil was completely clogged with dog hair, on the inlet side. wow trouble-shooting skills. A simple check that was never done. They charge 100 for the service call and did nothing. Except try to take advantage of us. I cleaned the Fan Coil and Viola!, AC. 1/2 an hour.

Josh was super responsive and communicative, arriving at our house in a little over an hour. He immediately identified and fixed the issue within an hour of arriving and gave us clear directions of what to look for should any further issues arise!

A&A HVAC and Josh Tenpenny are the best! They have been taking care of the HVAC at three different properties I have in the Nashville area. The team shows up on time, gets the job done and stands behind their work. I've replaced an entire system (furnace and HVAC) in one house, re-done and replaced duct work in two of them and kept the third unit in good shape with his team's support. His prices are reasonable and you get a real person on the phone who will work with you. Plus Josh will always be there for quality control, to make sure you are satisfied with the work. Having worked with him for close to 4 years, I can definitely say that he's extremely knowledgeable, customer-focused and a person of great integrity. Highly recommend!

This is the only AC company you need. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Long story short, we had to have our unit replaced. We were not expecting that expense. Josh was up front with me. He didn't beat around the bush. He explained that due to the age of the unit and the issue he discovered, replacing was our best option. He gave me financial options and never did I feel pressure to make a decision on the spot. Once I decided to move forward with a new unit, things went swiftly. Not only was I able to apply for financing that afternoon, but Josh came the NEXT DAY with a new unit and installed it by himself! This company not only values their client's business, but they also value their time. Josh made follow up visits to make sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the work. I have been sharing his number with everyone I know and will definitely be calling him for any future needs.
