Tony installed my AC unit an air handler on December 11th 2020. He did not have the thermostat that was supposed to come with the unit on him and assured me he would be here the following day to install it. After reaching out to him several times, often with no response at all, his normal response was I will be there tomorrow. I finally told him in late January, after a few more attempts to get him to finish the job, that I would have somebody else install it and I would Sue him for it. Suddenly he had time for me and showed up the next day.
Move to the 1st time I turn the unit on in the Spring, for air conditioner:
The unit ran for about 15 minutes and was froze up. It appeared to be low on coolant. Let me point out that Tony let a lot of coolant out during the installation, I thought too much. Because of the way it was freezing up I called him and told him we may have had a faulty expansion valve, Because I took my time to see where it started to freeze up at, and it was immediately after the expansion valve. I included a picture of it freezing up. Weeks went by and nothing from Tony other than the ussual I will be there tomorrow when I contacted him. On Wednesday may 19th I told Tony Not to bother coming out. I had scheduled the lead company to come fix the unit tomorrow, that I would send Tony the bill, await 90 days for payment, and if I did not get it I would Sue him. My phone began to ring like crazy, I sent to the calls to voicemail until finally being annoyed answering and told Tony "Oh I am suddenly a priority to you? "it is too late.". On Thursday may 19th, the league company came to the rescue. Turns out it was not a faulty valve but Tony had just let too much coolant out and there was not enough for the system to run properly. Luckily it only cost me $220 to get the unit properly running. I doubt that Tony is going to take the responsibility for this and pay me back. After all that I have been through I will be sending him this bill, I do not expect him to take responsibility for his mistake as he has shown that he is not reliable nor responsible.

Awesome fast service on a Sunday, our A/C went out in 92 degree heat. Tony arrived and had us back going in minutes. All for a very reasonable price. With a 4 year old this meant a lot!!!
