The storms that came through ripped our elec wiring off our house. Frank Allen came out, took great care of us and made sure we were agree, as well. He was courteous, friendly and very helpful! He talked us through what he had to do to repair the wiring before the elec co could safely reattach lines back to our house, safely. We are very grateful!

Todd came out and set us up for the maintenance plan at Teresa’s play and learn. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and set us up for the future! We appreciate him. He even celebrated Grandma’s day with the kids.

Lee did HVAC annual maintenance. Service attendant noticed I did not have any float switches in the pan that catches the water. Another company installed the HVAC 2yrs ago because my old system froze and melted and the water went everywhere. They didn’t tell me about needing float switches that shut-off the system if the pan was full to prevent water going everywhere, the whole reason they were installing a new system to begin with.

Thank you, Lee Company for alerting me to the need for float switches and installing them for me as well as a back up switches. You’ve done much for my condo in the last 12 months, including fixing closet shelve that fell, Installing 2 toilets to replace 2 I knew were going bad for last 3years, and fixing patio outlet that has not worked correctly since I moved in, plus other minor odd jobs and great tips and advice!

I Truly appreciate all the preventative maintenance, as well as repairs. This single Lady is much appreciative of your services and their affordability and never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Thanks Lee!!!

Best maintenance/repair service I have ever used. Courteous and knowledgeable. This week the service man hit the mailbox backing into driveway. It was replaced that afternoon. Doesn't get better than that. Keep up the good work. Very pleased customer. 😀

Our technician was able to arrive earlier than planned which helped with our busy schedules.

He reset the error in our tankless water heater, and gave us some advice on future maintenance. He included a rough idea of such maintenance both verbal and on the written summary.

Throughout he was professional but friendly. Excellent work!

Kelly did a great job scheduling Eric, the plumbing service tech to visit one of our jobs to evaluate what needed to be done to install a water line to an outdoor kitchen ice maker, Eric, the service tech, met me within an hour of my call to Kelly and did a great job letting me know what they could do and and Ted did a great job talking with me about what they would do and how much it would cost and how soon the work could be performed... I had my yearly cooling maintenance. The technician arrived on time and was courteous and efficient. He recommended some improvements but was not pushy. Thank you for helping my unit to run efficiently.

Had a tree fall and take out our electric cable and riser. They were the only ones that would come out on a Saturday to help. Greatly appreciated. Helped get everything fixed super-fast. Great company!

I have used Lee Company in the past and have always been impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. This time was no different! They worked my problem into their schedule on a Friday. They suggested different solutions and completed work in a timely and efficient manner Monday. I cannot thank the guys enough! I’m super pleased with my new tankless water heater! Finally, I appreciate them adding a water cutoff valve .. which was not part of my work order. Going above and beyond is what I consistently see from service techs at Lee Company.

We have an annual HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Maintenance contract with Lee & Co and we recently had our annual inspection of all three and the three technicians did a very professional job. They were friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. We also had a recirculation pump installed by Lee & Co shortly before our inspections and again it was done very well and made a big difference. We've used Lee & Co for many years and we highly recommend them for dependable and quality service. They may not be the least expensive but they are one of the best in our opinion.
