If I could rate less than a 1 I would. Worst experience we have ever had with a purchase and installation. Installers were a no show. Would have understood if the Sears project manager had not lied and made up excuses all day. Then after installation the next day, we find out that the salesman had told us incorrect information about a procedure that did not occur. We asked for a refund of the $560 we were charge. Story changed then. No refund. Do not trust these people. Very sad.

The project sales rep was very knowledgeable about the scope of the work that I was requesting. The office dropped the ball and I was ready to cancel after not hearing from them for a few weeks. I am glad I didn't cancel. The contractors were great working with me to get the job done before Christmas. We could feel the immediate impact to the temperature in the house with the added insulation and the house looks great.

We just had our tub/shower remodeled & everyone we dealt with from the consultation, to the gentleman who did the measurements, & finally the actual job were really really sweet, kind, & super professional. We had a very good experience...I was a little bit disheartened by the lack of water pressure when I went to run a bath but it couldn’t be helped. I wish the water pressure was better but overall happy with the project. Many thanks Sears Nashville Team

Great team and product! We purchased Windows and a new HVAC unit. We received top service from every person we interacted with from the Consultation through installation of both the windows and HVAC.

It is now day 46 since the "crew" Sears subcontracted to do my job started. When they initially showed up, I was told 4 or 5 days. Although it looks ok for the most part, I did not receive the service I was told I'd get, and there is still a corner of my house that looks horrible. I've contacted Sears multiple times to get it done correctly and no response. I'm to the point of bringing in my attorney. They broke a window in my house and just left it, I had to come home from work hours later and cover it up till they could do a shoddy repair job on an irreplaceable window (its over 100 years old). I was told they would replace all the wood rot on my house before siding over, that didn't happen. The crew left trash and cigarettes all over our yard every day they were here, when they felt like showing up. The crew destroyed my yard and tore up a brick sidewalk that has been here for 40 years. Sears only response to that was that there's nothing they can do about that except give us a gift card to replace the broken bricks. How do I match 40 year old bricks? I have to pull up the entire sidewalk because the crew put their heavy equipment on it and broke and disleveled it. As to the massive ruts they left in my yard in several places, Sears said there's nothing they can do about that. My question seems to be, WHAT CAN THEY DO? I was assured by the salesman that Sears had their own thoroughly vetted contractors locally and that the job wasn't done until we were satisfied. They send some 2 guy crew from over 3 hours away, who happens to be related to our project manager, and they were completely unprofessional and incapable of handling the job. The cost of my project? $20,994, they removed the $994 and said we would get gift cards for some inconveniences and to cover damages, but I've not seen nor heard of the gift cards in the last 3 weeks. We went with Sears because our home is an original 1902 Sears & Roebuck craftsman home and we thought they would appreciate and take care of it, plus they claim to stand behind their work and offer a lifetime warranty. ALL OF WHICH SEEMS TO BE UNTRUE. They did mediocre, careless work at best and haven't proven to stand behind anything. I COULD NOT BE ANY MORE DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. I COMPLETELY REGRET EVER HIRING SEARS AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING. My continued attempts at communication and resolve have gone unanswered.

    Bought brand new refrigerator. $2000.00
Seal on door not sealing. Took two weeks to get someone out. Was told can't be fixed. Call Sears to bring another one. Man at sears said we will sent professional out to look at it another two weeks. Changed date so had to get son to come sit until professional got here a day after scheduled date. Low and behold second professional said can't be fixed, have sears to send out a replacement. So went to Knoxville Sears where we originally bought refrigerator. Was told he had to call in to see what can be done. Wanted to send another tec out to look at it. I said HELL NO, I want them to deliver us another new one. Was told they would call us and set up a date to deliver new refrigerator. Will take up to 48 hours before someone will call. WELL When we get this taken care of it WILL be the last time I will buy appliances from Sears. I will let everyone know. Don't buy any appliance from Sears ever again. Will be over two months to get this problem taken care of. So sad because I have been dealing with Sears for 35 years. My parents has always dealt with Sears and my mother in law retired from Sears.
    Sad and disappointed.

The workers were very nice and explained what services would be provided. They were on time and worked diligently to complete the installation of heating and air system.

It was great! The remodel was done efficiently and before the time they quoted me. It was a bust the budget project but well worth it!
