A-1 Finchum Heating & Cooling

Phillip, Trace, Austin and Hunter installed a split unit in my home yesterday. They did an outstanding job, answered all my questions and showed me how everything worked. Phillip ensured the unit was properly charged, checked both heat and cool modes, and all the safety switches before leaving.

A-1 Finchum installed our HVAC system back in 2012. I had a hiccup with it yesterday and called A-Finchum for a repair yesterday afternoon. They had it fixed in a jiffy. Tyler is a great tech and a nice young man. I highly recommend A-1 Finchum.

I called A-1 to see why we didn't have good airflow upstairs. They were fast to come take a look! Crawled all over and were very thorough on investigating the problem & what the best solution would be. We ordered a duct booster and Alexander & Dwayne were the installers. They were very professional and friendly! Got straight to work and made sure everything worked properly, cleaned & made sure that I was happy with their service. Fantastic guys! We lost our air and called A 1 Finchum to install a new heating/air unit. They were very responsive as we were in the middle of a heat wave. Austin and Philip were fantastic. They were very detail oriented and professional. It is appreciated that they were knowledgeable and answered all questions we asked. A-1 Finchum was great to work with. Our AC went out on a Sunday, they came and looked at the system for repairs that day. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fix it due to parts being unavailable on Sunday, but we opted for a new heating and air system and they were here first thing Monday morning and had it installed within 4 hours. They were in communication with us the whole time, Mark and the service techs were terrific to work with. They answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will be calling them for my future heating and air needs.
