They told me I had to get a new air conditioner for my home and for them to install it is $1,000 so I got a second opinion and turns out that I only needed freon now it’s working again amazingly. I feel like they tried to get over be careful with this company make sure to always get a second opinion because most companies will scam you if you allow it

We contracted with this firm to install a high efficiency system in a new building.

At the very beginning we told them we were going to install a high efficiency system and wanted all seams & joints sealed with mastic. Ben Clutts (owner) balked at it but we remained firm so he agreed.

Yesterday the install team showed up and started the installation. I happened to be onsite and reminded the installers about mastic at which point they indicated that they had not been informed.
The lead technician called the owner to discuss the situation. Ben admitted knowing about the mastic requirement and that they would mastic the joints but tape the seams. (I find it strange that the crew had absolutely no mastic on the truck to accomplish even that...) When I didn't budge off of the demand for a SEALED installation (high-efficiency units are not efficient when they leak!) Ben pulled his crew and walked off the job. Had I not been there to question the installers this system would have been installed the way they wanted - not according to the customer's request.

I absolutely would not recommend using this company until Ben Clutts is no longer at the helm. Walking off the job equates out to him not being able to play the position he wanted so he took his ball and went home. Unprofessional.

By the way - the 5 star reviews from Katherine/Kathy Clutts is the owner's wife.

This company is a good choice. Our air went out in the middle of July and they responded the same day and got us cool again. Very knowledgeable and honest.

I have called for three days now an the lady would say there coming out today but I waited an they never came. There the most unreliable company an I would recommend them.

Not good, wanted to over charge to replace outside unit, wanted over 3800 got replaced for 2300.
