Love Batjer! They take very good care of our home. The technicians are always prompt, polite and thorough. Every spring and fall they do a maintenance check on our AC and really knock themselves out on making sure any needs we have our treated seriously and quickly. I have great confidence in them.

I’ve been using Batjer for many years. We pay for their ‘twice a year check ups’ - once before turning on the heater in winter, and once before turning on the air conditioner in summer. They kept my heater/A/C running at my last house running for many years. And we are confident they will be able to do the same for our unit at the new house. This week Ed was our latest technician… He cleaned up the outside unit, and checked the inside as well. He tightened up all the leads, checked the Freon, and made sure the filters didn’t need to be replaced. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Batjer is great! They are out quickly and do great work. They serviced our AC when it went out and no one else could make it. They were ready, available, quick, and affordable.

Ed was right on time. He was very nice and professional. He explained everything that was done to my system to make sure that it had all the maintenance that it would need so that it would be ready for the spring and summer season. I felt like, he had it all under control and I am confident my air conditioning unit will be up to the task for a hot Texas summer!

My AC wasn’t working and when I called Batjer they were able to send someone that day. Very fast diagnosis and also fast part replacement at a very reasonable price. Extremely happy with this company and I’ll use them again.
