It took almost 2 weeks for a special order motor to arrive. And another two weeks to warranty out the same motor for another because it had arrived locked up. Not Solar's fault. But, how this unfortunate situation was handled is.
At first, one of the employees assumed that it was in fact my old motor that I was trying to get replaced. Not the new motor they had just ordered. A short conversation with her left me bewildered and worried that I was going to get stuck with this 350$ broken motor they had ordered for me..Thankfully the manager stepped in and corrected the issue when I offered to go get my old motor to prove to them that I was not a liar. But when should a customer ever be made to feel like a liar, especially if the vendor's supplier dropped the ball in the first place?
So a month's wait in the Texas heat and then being called a liar has led me to take future business to a different supplier.

These guys know what they're doing. When every other shop in town was 3 to 6 weeks out on parts I needed, they had it sitting on the shelf at 15 - 20% less than what other suppliers charged. I will use only these guys moving forward.
