Watson Electric installed 5 brand new, high tech, mini split units in the house I remodeled for resale.
The unit was perfect for the space and it drew a lot of attention from prespective buyers.
But the best part of the entire experience was the team at Watson. They were so great to work with. The team always showed up on time and had answers to every question.
Orlando and his crew were very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. They went WAY above and beyond for me. I can not say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, honest company for all your heating and cooling needs.

We live in San Angelo. my parents are elderly, they called Watson and told my parents that of course they service San Angelo , but failed to tell my folks that they charge mileage, truck service fees and other fees . My parents decided to go with someone else but Their bill was still $393.85 . 119 was diagnostic. 264$ was for the nice scenic drive . Guess they like sticking it to the elderly ; if this would have been discussed at the start , mom would have definitely called someone else.

Well, I called looking to get a quote for a residential rewire job. Talked to someone who was polite, and sounded professional. By the end of the call we agreed he would call my wife to schedule the estimate since I work out of town. He ultimately agreed to be there at 1pm on a Thursday. My wife took off work early just to meet him. No call, no show. Thanks for wasting our time. Not sure how their work is, but if it's anything like their work ethic or professionalism I'd stay away.

We had maintenance done and our AC unit replaced by Orlando. He was quick and helpful. He helped us stay cool in the process and answered all our questions. We will only use Watson Electric for our hvac needs!

Our air conditioner went down and they had us up and running same day. They were really professional and quick. I would recommend them 10 out of 10!
