They were assigned by my warranty company.....
I was happy to hear from them that they had received my work order.
They were very quick to come and take care of my needs and make sure I was happy with everything!
They will be coming back out to install a new thermostat for me to make sure I have no more issues with my unit!
I would definitely recommend North County Air!

These guys got me taken care of. My AC was not cooling and these guys helped me out in a timely fashion.

This vendor was pushed to us by First American Warranty Co. Their customer service is the worst we've ever experienced. Never answered our calls, nor returned our voicemail or texts. But they did answer the Warranty company's call & kept telling them they were coming out. Our house got up to 92 degrees inside and they kept lying for 3 days. What company doesn't call the customer or tell the Warranty company you couldn't take this job. We wasted 4 days.

I really felt that North County Air took care of me the entire time. They provided excellent, honest work at prices that were extremely competitive. I will be using them again in the future!

I have used this company several times now to help me renovating my house and get my air conditioning done, they have been very professional, on time, honest, and timely with their work, and I highly recommend using them

If you’re looking for people that actually care about you and not just your money . These people are worth associating yourself with . If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks again for treating people how they should be treated 👍
