One of the drivers parked in the marked off section of handicap parking at the Walmart off of cooper in Arlington. Just stayed in his truck no apology didn't move his truck until after I got into my car. Already bad enough I am having issues with my foot but having to move and make my day difficult because you did want to park in the back and block off handicap access. Thanks a lot. I have used Wait Mechanical for 4 years now. They responded to the Insurance Company when we were hit by a bad storm just over 4 years ago. They have worked on 2 gas lines, repaired a HVAC system that 2 other companies couldn't handle. Now I have had them do a system check on all of our buildings. VERY quick response and professional approach on the service call. I am very happy with them.

These people are not fair to their customers. They work their employees to hard. They also purge R22 out into the atmosphere. EPA needs to pay them a visit. There are Better places to fix boilers than here. The next owner doesn’t know how to repair equipment: he just tries different things to try the figure it out. 0 stars if possible

This place is one of the worst places to work. I know someone that worked there and they ended up towing his company vehicle instead of having someone go pick it up. They also have their employees work from 7 in the morning until midnight some times. They use parts off of old equipment and sell it at full price as new to the customers. I would give them a 0 stars if possible.

Wait Mechanical has serviced the HVAC equipment at Midway Hills Christian Church in Dallas for over 10 years. They are knowledgeable and responsive to our needs providing emergency service when necessary.

Great customer service and very detailed with when explaining the issues that they found and how they approached the situation will keep using them and refer to others
