A-Plus Air Conditioning & Home Solutions

So far we've had a great experience with A-Plus, they did plumbing work for us a few years ago and has been working very well. Then on Friday June 16th I called and they came over immediately to see what our plumbing issue was. Waiting for an estimate at this point, but I'm very pleased with their service so far.

When the air conditioning in my rental house began to fail, I called A-plus to see if the unit could be fixed and perhaps last for another summer. The technician promptly came the next day but the verdict on the ac unit was terminal. A-Plus quickly presented a proposal to replace the unit and had the unit replaced before the old unit completely died. It is a pleasure to do business with a company that is easy to work with and does good work. Thanks. The unit was installed just before temperatures climbed to the 100s.

A-Plus was a life saver during the heat wave. Our whole system went out, and they did everything they could to squeeze us in and install a replacement. We've had a couple of issues specific to our house since then (not their fault), and they're always responsive to get here as soon as possible.
It's a small family-owned business, and Greg the owner came out to do a finally look over our new system. Andy was especially helpful with scheduling us in and I appreciate her keeping me updating on any changes to the schedule, especially when we were able to get someone in earlier than expected.

Hunter our technician was fabulous. Answered all of my questions and showed up on time. He really knew his stuff ! And was extremely professional. Very happy with the attention and effort of the A+ team from making the appointment to deliver.

With a heat wave approaching, we called A-Plus to schedule an AC check up. They were very responsive and able to send a technician the next morning. Angel arrived on time and did an excellent job. He walked me through the work he was doing and provided some helpful tips to keep our AC running efficiently.

We’ve worked with A+ a few times and they are top notch. Setting up an
appointment was easy. They came out on time and Israel was great! I appreciate that he was professional and recommended a simple “monitor “ approach to our issue. With the Texas heat, I’m happy to say A+ is a go-to for our family!

A-Plus Air Conditioning & Home Solutions was amazing!! They were able to squeeze our appointment in on the same day we called them. We’re new homeowners and hadn’t had to call someone to address our AC before. Our Tech, Israel was awesome and super informative on the different things he was troubleshooting. Once our AC came back on, he stuck around to confirm cold air was coming thru our vents. He really saved us!! Without his expertise, we’d need to book a hotel to avoid heatstroke. We will absolutely be recommending them to all our friends!!!

We've called A-Plus Air Conditioning & Home Solutions a handful of times for service over the past 12 years at our home in central Austin. When our AC unit suddenly stopped working, we knew who to call. They've always made every effort to provide quality service and get our system fixed the same day that we called for service.

Our service tech today, Israel, showed up exactly when A-Plus said he would, did a thorough assessment of our indoor and outdoor HVAC units and provided us with various options that contained clear, competitive price. No hard sell. After deciding which course of action we wanted to take, Israel was gone briefly to the warehouse to get the necessary parts and had the whole job completed within 2 hours of his initial system assessment. We will continue to recommend A Plus to everyone we know. Thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Extremely responsive, showed up on time to give me a quote and Josh took the time to explain everything in detail. He even caught some error another company made in their quote which would save me a significant amount of money. He offered multiple options and gave me his opinion on which option would be best for my property. I really appreciated, what I felt was an honest quote that explained in detail what I would be receiving. So many companies try to oversell or upsell and I didn’t feel like I had that experience. I also love that it’s a family owned company! That’s rare in Austin. Thanks Josh!
