Omar is totally worth every penny. I had a company come out and service my air-conditioning system because Omar was out of town and I decided to wait for him. The other AC company said I need a brand new complete system and want to charge me $22,000, so I decided to wait for Omar. Omar showed up around three days later And said that I only needed the indoor unit not both indoor and outdoor. He save me around $15,000 . I have been using Omar for around four years and I will continue to use them and his company. I highly recommend if you need a second opinion, or an honest opinion, he is a person to contact , just ask for Omar

Jessica responded to our concern immediately and then set up an appointment for Luis came out to the home first thing in the morning to service the a/c unit! He was very detailed, very patient, and professional. He aswered all my questions and assured me that the system would be well maintained. Big relief as we have young kids.

Omar and his team of HVAC professionals at ABC Austin Service Express are the guys to call if you have any problems with your A/C or heating. We recently bought a house and had problems with a decrepitly old A/C unit and Omar showed up checked everything out and walked me through his process with layman analogies that anyone can understand (and I mean anyone, I know next to nothing about HVAC). Once we agreed on the best path forward for our budget, he and his team were here the very next day and we had a new system installed and working before the day was out. Much appreciated on a blistering June heatwave!

The other company wanted To replace the air conditioning system and charge me like $16,000, and Omar and his team came by and said that I did not need to replace it and I paid about $1400 and he gave me a two year warranty. They will have my business for as long as I live in Austin. Bought a new house, had a young baby, and then our furnace broke on the coldest day of the year and then our HVAC broke on the hottest day 8 months later. They were able to get us out of a pickle same day in both situation.

They are honest, transparent, and fair with their pricing. Absolutely recommend.

I had two AC/Heat units replaced. December 2021.
It was over 18,000 dollars which I understand that is the going rate. For months I have been worried about one unit making a lot of noise. There is a weird smell coming from the vents. I reached out to Omar many times. He would send a guy out and supposedly nothing wrong. Always excuses.
Finally American standard distributors were nice enough to come out.
Not only did I have a bad compressor that Omar finally admitted to.
I had torn ducts from a rodent problem from over 5 years ago. When they replaced the unit they did not inspect the ducts. Abc has been in the crawl space numerous times. I even had a check up a couple of weeks ago. No mention of torn ducts.
My family has been breathing bad air for a year.
I trust American Standard. They have treated me right.
But, Omar with ABC is not trustworthy.
He would not even get back to me after American Standard team figured out the problem.
There is even more to the story.
But hopefully this shows enough red flags that save someone the same headache.
Be careful of 5 star reviews meant for ABC home and commercial.
