ABC is really the best AC guys I have found in Austin. Needed a new mini-split installed. They arrived on time, we’re very professional and left the place spotless. If my other mini-split goes I will definitely have them back!
So ABC came out for my yearly PM visit on our AC units. Arrived on time, checked the unit out, and left the place cleaner then when he showed up!

My technician was very knowledgeable and nice. He did a good job overall however there was one critical area that was not done well. I paid for a $69 diagnostic and was expecting to hear or see a list of things that need to be done to fix the AC unit and schedule a second visit for the repairs and better understand the cost breakdown and why. Instead, the tech proceeded to say “here’s all the things I did, you owe me $742.” I explained to him that I scheduled a diagnostic to understand the problem, “why did you fix everything for an additional charge right away without my permission?” There was no answer other than “sometimes I just get in the zone”. This aspect felt shady and uncomfortable.

The quality of the work was great but the way they charge is concerning.

ABC’s tech Charles provided emergency service to an air conditioner that was not functioning. When he determined that the service he had provided was still under warranty, he made sure that the warranty was honored and serves were provided at No Charge. Thank you ABC for prompt , courteous, professional service delivered with integrity.

ABC HVAC services are phenomenal. We have used them several times now, from small maintenance issues to full replacement and everything in between. The technicians and staff have always been incredibly knowledgeable friendly and on time , but most importantly they have always given us multiple options never just leaving us with only the highest priced fix. I wanted to provide a specific shoutout to our two most recent points of contact Michael James and Marc Dziak, ABC is lucky to have to both on their team.

Our service tech Cade arrived on-time and got right to work. I appreciated his friendly demeanor. He was quite knowledgeable and was able to explain what part and why I needed it in a way I could understand. He quickly replaced the capacitor and also cleaned my exterior a/c unit. Highly recommend Cade. He is a fabulous, friendly employee who is one of the reasons I return to ABC year after year for my annual service.

Billy is the best HVAC technician that I have had in 40 years of home ownership. He diagnosed a very difficult voltage problem and made the repairs…no other technician ever bother to check even when I had a new unit installed by another company. I cannot recommend him and ABC enough..tops in my book. The accounting also included both Billy’s visual and oral summary…..no company has ever provided this info.

ABC went beyond expectations to ensure that my AC was working on short notice. The were able to to quickly resolve a tricky issue with my system and provided a solution that helped me to avoid costly replacements. Caleb did a fantastic job identifying the issue and correcting it.

Arthur was an excellent service tech. Very capable and timely. ABC was very responsive to our HVAC needs when many others were not.

Billie, the gentleman who helped my family with our A/C unit was very kind and professional. He did a wonderful job in checking the things that could be causing the problems with the homes A/C and explaining as he did what he had to.
He helped my family to get our A/C back on track and cooling our home. I am very thankful for his kindness and helping service.

Caleb was on time, used time efficiently, explained the results of testing my AC equipment and discussed with me the pros and cons of getting the system maintained now. It made sense to me, and I am feeling good about my decision. I also appreciated the quantitative results when testing my AC equipment before and after repairs/maintenance.
