Alex was super helpful, explained everything and took extra time to answer all my questions about a new system in our new place, was able to come quickly, he really seemed to know his stuff. HIGHLY recommend.

Our AC broke down on Memorial Day but Alex was able to stop by within a few hours of calling and fix it very quickly. Our unit is very old but he did not recommend switching it out just yet - just goes to show his honest character. He even provided some recommendations on maintaining our home better. Hopefully will not have any issues for a while but definitely calling him first next time!

My AC was leaking water inside the house and I called several local companies to come out. Most needed 3-4 days which isn't ideal in Texas heat. Austin Cold Air got my message in the morning and got me scheduled for the same day. Technician arrived at exactly the time they told me to expect. Service was quick and professional and done for a fair price. Gave me advice on preventative maintenance and things I should be looking for in the future as my system ages. Highly recommend.

Alex helped saved us from sweltering heat this weekend. Saturday and the upstairs AC is broken. Alex came over on Saturday, assesses the problem, had a part ordered for us and it was quickly repaired. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
