Martin and his Big Air staff were very timely and responsive. He showed up and gave good recommendations on future services to help with maintaining our AC at peak operation. He was clean in our home and took care of everything he worked on and around. We’ll be using them again in the future.

Martin and Lee are more than AC & Heating specialists. They were recommended to us to repair a hole in our ceiling and we couldn’t be happier with their work. They were able to come out within 24 hours of calling them and, when they came, they were both very polite, professional, & honest in their communication with me. The repair was done efficiently & we are so impressed with the quality of the work. You’d never know there was a hole in our ceiling! We highly recommend them & look forward to working with them again.

Martin has done several jobs for me over the past few months. He has always been kind, fair and honest. It is so refreshing to work with good, hard working people in the world.

Martin was very professional and prompt. Upon seeing the AC unit it seemed he had an answer within a few minutes on what was wrong. He spent a good amount of time taking care of the issue and quickly reached back out to let me know everything was good. Best of all was that Martin was very open and communicative about talking about the issue and the solution and how to maintain the unit so that the issue wouldn’t happen again in the future.

My AC had been out for about a year mainly due to lack of knowledge and improper diagnosis. But come winter so AC had become less of a problem. Well AC weather is here again and another work order placed. Was told by other companies it needed a coil and would return to replace it but no avail. No one came back. And this was a well known AC company. So a call was made to Big AC & Heating and employee Martin was sent out to my residence. He displayed quick and courteous service, diagnosed the problem and returned with parts and replaced.! He stayed and made sure system was working and cooling properly before he left all while keeping a professional attitude!! I will always recommend your company over ANY AC company around!! I called about my A/C stopping and starting for days. The guy who took the call was very patient with me and let me go through the whole story. They were booked for the day(middle of August)but said they would fit me in and they DID!! The guys who arrived were so kind and courteous. They worked very quickly to resolve my problem. This company has performed services on various properties and new construction over the years. In the past he has done all parts of HVAC. Heating, cooling, ductwork, demolition, repairs, etc. He just completed new construction of new home for me with multiple 5 ton systems. Very timely on responses, able to work with me on all aspects of work in both repairs, maintenance and new construction. Very fair and honest, dependable work and professionally completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

1/25/2023 - again used this company to troubleshoot heating issue. Was able to complete analysis and reprogram thermostat remotely by phone and using FaceTime Excellent troubleshooting using his experience. Job completed.

These guys were such a huge blessing. AC went out in the TX heat and you can imagine the urgency to get it fixed. I called in the morning and they were here by mid morning working on the issue. They were professional, worked quickly, explained everything and got my AC up and running in no time. Price was very reasonable and they even followed up later in the night so make sure it was still working properly.
