CSS was able to squeeze me in for same-day service. Josh arrived promptly and was knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the parts to fix it in his truck. My HVAC was fixed within 2 hours of my initial call!

Was charged $245 to replace a capacitor yesterday. It took all of 10 minutes. I spotted the exact same part on Amazon for $14.

I understand it's August and these companies want to make hay while the sun shines, but this is ridiculous. I emailed Josh asking for a courtesy discount, and all I received in response was the word "no".

So yes, I feel ripped off, and I'm definitely using someone else next time!
