Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing

There aren't enough stars to express how fortunate we are to have found John. When our circuit breaker tripped in the middle of the night, John was prompt and arrived at our house in less than 20 minutes! In addition, he managed to charge a reasonable fee for after-hours services in comparison to all of his industry competitors. We now have a new electrician for life. Thank you once more, John!

Overall I'm giving a 4 star review. And I'll try to be quick without all the details. The salesman gave me an honest accesment on exactly what I needed. I still think it was too expensive after getting 3 different quotes. But this one was the best. My unit was installed in the same day I was quoted which was great. Problem came when the unit stopped working because the drip pan sensor shut down the unit 20 hours after the installation. There was to much water in the pan. That's a great feature by the way. I was upset because the night of the installation they had trouble with it and said they fixed it. The drain was clogged and they didn't clear it out properly. But they fixed the problem within 48 hours and I now have a new A/C and Heating system. Thank you Efficient Air.

Got to love this business they are fast clean up when finished and most of all affordable . Can't beet that. The crew was all well mannered and left my house nice and clean as they left with the air blowing cold as ever never had such good AC company that's responsible and cares about there customer's

They installed two new bathroom lights/exhaust fans. I called on Tuesday and they were able to come on my requested day on Friday to complete the work. They called in advance, arrived promptly, got the work done and it was all super easy! Definitely will call again for future projects

Electric went out in master bedroom, bathroom and one wall of trailer. They sent a technician out the morning I called. Steve was able to locate the problem: main wire UNDER the trailer had come loose and the plug had corroded. He changed out the plug and restored the power!! He did a great job! He was very helpful, kind, professional and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Effective AC, Electric and Plumbing! A++

Great company, gave me a price, came out and swapped my Water Heater, no extra BS on inspections or extra pricing or anything, in and out in under two hours! Love these guys! Go ahead and shop other companies but this is the one you will go with!

The project was over a year ago and I still cannot pass inspection. They have stopped responding. The job site was very messy, and installers did not seem qualified to be working with electrical. I had to wire some of the installation for them (I moved to 2-stage cooling electrical which required running new control wires). The sales side was a great experience, but everything afterwards was far below expectations.
