IAQ Experts A/C & Heating

Recently I had the IAQ experts service my AC and clean the duct system throughout my home. They arrived on time as promised and provided me with superb service. Their service technicians were courteous, experienced and their service exceeded my expectations. My home has since been more cozy fresh and safe. We had the absolute best experience working with Shaun and his team at IAQ. I have had various AC companies out to diagnose and work on our AC unit without addressing our problem. Finally in a last ditch attempt to fix our issues before just selling the house we contacted Shaun for a consultation. The IAQ team was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and they were finally able to find the problem that 5 previous contractors were not able to solve after wasting thousands of dollars. I can't rave enough about this company. I am forever grateful for their hard work. It's extremely refreshing and rare to work with a contractor who is as caring as Shaun. He runs his business with integrity and honesty and that's a pretty hard thing to come by in the HVAC industry in Austin. We will be hiring them again for insulation work in the future. I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to on this situation. There are so many options for duct cleaning and to find the right company is a game changer! We had bought a new house and were waking up conjested daily with increased allergies daily. The IQA team not only took care of us and the situation, they went above and beyond. The first solution wasn't working completely and they came back out and completely resolved the issue. We have been impressed with the entire team and cannot recommend them enough. No more congestion and allergies, so thankful!

Highly recommend calling them! You’ll get top quality service without being over sold or tricked into getting things done that you don’t need. We’ve used other places in the past and they would show us pictures of moldy ducts that weren’t even ours! Brandon from IAQ not only showed us pictures of our moldy ducts before and after, but he even took a video so I knew it was actually our air system!

Our heater motor went out in the middle of winter so we called IAQ after seeing their ad in a magazine. We knew we were going to have to replace the motor, but we had no idea about all the mold in our ducts. We suffer from allergies year long, but especially with the cedar being high. The technician Brandon came out to replace the motor, as well as sanitize and clean our ducts free of mold. He also installed a UV light to purify the air in our home.

Brandon from IAQ was great! He was super professional and very polite! I was so impressed how he was so considerate of our home. He put booties on every time before entering our house. I really appreciated how he walked me through every aspect so I knew what was wrong with my heating system/ducts and how they were going to fix it. It was seriously the BEST service experience we’ve had!!

IAQ cleaned and repaired my ducts and vents as well as sanitized my house. They are very professional and have some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. In general I wasn’t thrilled that I needed all this work done on my house but they made the experience very stress free. They were very honest and fair with their quote and took care of everything as if it was their own house. I would recommend their services to anyone especially the cleaning/sanitizing of the air after a pandemic. I also suffer from allergies and I’ve noticed a huge difference even with the high levels of cedar.

From the time I placed a call into IAQ regarding a consultation for air quality. The experience has been first class. The staff called me back immediately and set an appointment. Shaun the owner walked me though the process step by step. Explained air quality and the benefits of having a clean HVAC system. The crew especially Gilbert was nothing short of amazing. They are extremely aware of personal belongings and protected my contents. Mike the General Manager stopped by to ensure all was going well. I give IAQ a 10 out of 10.

Such a great experience working with everyone in this organization. From the scheduler to the 2 guys who came to do the work, everyone was professional and pleasant. They arrived promptly, kept their work spice tidy and their product is outstanding. My house smells so fresh and clean. I feel healthier breathing this clean air!

I highly recommend IAQ services. Everything about this company was professional and courteous from the very first email that was sent and every phone call that was made afterwards. Shaun explained in detail what we needed and what to expect the day of cleaning.
Brandon was very informative and answered any questions we had. It was immediately obvious to us that Brandon and the other crew members were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They took their time cleaning everything to perfection. They showed us before and after pics during the process of cleaning. Personally speaking, I have asthma and allergies and take several routine medications daily. I have done allergy shots for 5 years and they worked. However, after completing my treatment I did very well for a while, now I am noticing more sneezing and coughing as well as using my inhaler more frequently. My husband and I have noticed dust collecting in the AC vents and both agreed we should have that looked in to sooner rather than later. As many times as I’ve been to the allergist and my primary care doctor I thought about taking a different approach (how I spend my money) I happen to see the IAQ commercial one night and the symptoms Shaun mentioned in that commercial caught my attention. So, I reached out to IAQ looking for more information and details about the services they provide. After hearing what they offered both my husband and I quickly decided to invest our money wisely and have IAQ come out and clean the entire HVAC system. Additionally, we decided to purchase an air purifier for our home as well and that has already proven to be a good decision. We are breathing the difference!! In less than 24 hours of having all of this cleaned out I literally woke up the next morning able to breath easily and my nose was not congested at all WOW- is my reaction. My husband stated he felt he could breath better too the next morning. We will be using this company again should we need their services. Money well spent. More importantly If you have allergies or asthma you owe it to yourself to breath easier. This company is legit and will take care of you.

Wow! Just Wow! I had no idea how much i needed my hvac system cleaned. It was suggested to me because of my families allergies. I called IAQ and they exceeded my expectations. They explained the process, how long it would take and what to expect. I’m so happy my quality of air is better for me and my family! I would definitely recommend again!

Called for a quote based on their ad in the local magazine for HVAC and duct cleaning. The woman I spoke with was very nice, but told me I needed to pay $100 inspection fee just for a quote. I asked for a ballpark so I would know up front if the quote would be in my budget. My house is 7 years old, single story, and fully accessable. She kept telling me every house is different and that she's not an inspector so can't give a ballpark. The $100 inspection fee is only refundable if you decide to move forward with the job. She said the inspection is only 30 min, so I'm paying $200/hr for a quote?! No thanks.
