Called Ideal out for a second opinion after another company tried to pressure me into replacing my HVAC system. Ideal was great about explaining my options and recommended a comparatively cheap repair instead. Turns out nothing was actually wrong with my HVAC unit, but Matthew was very nice about letting me watch the whole process and ask lots of questions. Well worth the service fee for peace of mind and learning something new.

Wonderful experience all around. Ideal Aircare diagnosed my problem and fixed it the day before a very cold Christmas Eve. Thankfully their swift diagnosis meant they could get the part they needed before the holiday. The technician was friendly and professional and explained everything in terms I could understand. The owner dropped by himself to deliver the part. They also were the only company I called that morning that had a real live person answering the phone!

Ideal AirCare was my second opinion call. The first told me the reversing valve on my heat pump was dead and needed to be replaced, then pressured me to replace the entire heat pump for 4K because it would "make more sense." In contrast, Ideal's technicians let me hover around them as they worked and answered all my annoying layman questions. They diagnosed my Nest thermostat as the real culprit. They replaced it and it was as simple as that. I am truly grateful we made that second opinion call. Whenever our A/C DOES need a replacement, I have no doubt about which company we will be calling!

We purchased a new home and on the first cold day this year, found out our heating was busted. Called Ideal at 5:30pm and they had someone out at 9am the next day. They diagnosed the issue and gave us a timeframe for the part we needed to come in. Took a little longer than estimated for the part to come in but that's not their fault - they called me the moment the part came in and said they'd send someone immediately to pick it up and come straight over to install it. Walter was super friendly, answered all of our questions, installed the part and stayed to run a full test of the system to make sure it was really fixed. Can't say enough good things about Walter and his service, and would definitely recommend! We got competitive quotes and Ideal's rates were spot on with all the others. Definitely a fair price for the great service!

I can't say enough good things about Ideal Aircare, great quality work, very quick and responsive which is so important when you're faced with no A/C or heat. Our 22-year-old system died and Ed personally came out and gave us a quote, it was instantly clear he knew what he was talking about and was looking out for my HVAC system.
