Great online. OTP is good but will get busy in the park heat. Recommend to text instead if you’re wanting to place order or check warranty. In-person service is good. But can have a long wait time if super busy.
What happen is that dispatch told me that my appointment was at 2pm and when I called them just to verify and to ask them if they would want their product that day he told me that my app was at 12 mid day so it better to called them and verified your self because after 2 mire truck showed up and about 4 hours there to get offloaded
Worst-case Docking site, ever../ They need to expand area ro the "sighted side" by filling the negative space with fill dirt building a support wall of heavy block, reinforced concrete, move lighting to the outside of retaining wall, giving about 30 extra feet and theirby bringing the Docking and out their well into the range of 53 foot trailers as well as safe backups../ Aaagalaa
Alright, I have been here many times. The customer service has never been bad for me. The people working there always try to help you and will order it if they don't have it. Most of the time, they will have what you need. As far as returning things, it has never been an issue. With warranty, normally it gets hard to do at other places. At RMI, they have never made it a difficult process. I will admit that they have given me the wrong part once or twice. In both cases I was able to get it swapped out for the right part. Just a tip, no matter where you go always check it before you leave. Once I got a blower motor from a different place and didn't check it till I got to the job. Well, that was an hour mistake. Over a year and I still stand by this review. Easy to work with and great people behind the counter.
I have been going here for 17 years. The people are friendly and very professional. They do get real busy but that's expected with success. I will continue to shop here for my HVAC needs.
