Smart Air Cooling & Heating

I will recommend everyone I know to Smart Air! Our AC went out during a heat wave and many HVAC companies simply stopped answering their phones or returning calls due to the high volume of requests. Smart Air, on the other hand, answered on the first ring and had a tech out within a day! They scheduled an after-hours appointment for us (LOVE that they offer these), but had a cancellation ahead of us so went ahead and sent tech, Austin, out early.

Austin was super friendly, knowledgeable, and QUICK. He had all of the parts on him and was able to fix everything within ~2 hours. He even followed up with an email containing pictures of all of his repairs. Great service all around!

Smart Air is excellent. They have done extensive work for us on our ducts, AC system, and installing a while-house attic dehumidifier. They were recommended by a contractor we trust and are locally owned (which is difficult to find these days). Their technicians are experienced and do excellent work, and Ambrose (who will probably be the person you deal with on the front end if you’re having significant work done) is fantastic and detail-oriented.

We’ve had terrible experiences with other major Austin AC companies, but I can highly recommend Smart Air.

I could not love or admire Smart Air Cooling & Heating more! They have provided such excellent communication, scheduling, repair and know-how. I've worked with them on 3 different issues over the year and I never hesitate to call them when I have a problem.

Jackie in the office is probably the best administrator I've ever worked with. She makes sure communication is timely and goes above and beyond to help customers.

I feel so good about working with these folks. In all my years in the Texas heat (62 years!) I have never encountered such a good, reliable and honest AC service. Bravo Smarties!

Ac went out Friday, called a bunch of places (going down the google list) and Smart air was the first to actually respond and came out same day! Said they needed a part and would send quote and were back out yo fix in no time. The tech was super friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, sent detailed emails of issues and fixed everything so fast.

Smart Air has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure our single family residential system works the way it was designed to. Their technicians are available and prompt and scheduling appointments is easy. I can’t recommend them enough!

Smart Air installed our unit in 2010 and we can recommend them without reservation. We have no complaints about any of different service people who have come to our home over the years, but I believe that Chase, who came today, was really in a class by himself in terms of communicating well and inspiring confidence in his expertise.

Nothing but good experiences with Smart Air. We’ve used them for service as well as new A/C / Heating installation and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Everything is spelled out clearly in black and white as well as explained thoroughly and any “issues” are promptly addressed.

Special shout out to Ambrose for being super detailed oriented. I appreciate that as some who notices the finer details and can really appreciate when a company and their reps do as well. This is what separates the amateurs from the pros.

When the time comes to add a/c to my shed/office, they’re the first and only company I’ll trust.

I received quotes from multiple ac companies and I found Smart Air to be the best option for my family.

They listened to my concerns and offered an affordable and simple solution, which worked! Others wanted to upgrade my system for 15k+.

I also purchased their service plan to take advantage of the system cleaning and check up.

Both gentleman(big shout out to Jacob Maupin for waiting out the weather to clean my outdoor components) who came to my home were thorough and informative with their work, while also treating my space with care.

Can't recommend highly enough.

I lost my air conditioning last night. I reached out to them from the text on their website. I heard back early this morning and they were able to get me in and correct my problem. From the first person, I spoke to to the service gentleman, Austin, everyone is so kind and professional. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Sometimes, as a single woman, you get a vibe that a company is trying to take advantage. I did not feel that one iota. They were honest, very fast, and very friendly.

Smart Air was Awesome! From coming out to diagnosis the problem to doing the repair. Everyone with this company are friendly and kind and made sure I was completely satisficed with everything along the process from start to finish. Definitely will keep them on my contacts for future needs whether it's heating or cooling,, hats off to you folks!
