The Coolest guys installed mini split ac unit in my Tuff shed that I'm converting to a studio. Team showed up on-time and as promised. Each person was so knowledgeable about each part of the installation, including setting up the app on my phone! Very professional, worked the whole time with no slacking off. Answered all of my questions without rushing or being impatient. I also use The Coolest to maintain my home's HVAC system with twice a year visits. I highly recommend them!

My AC was not working when I woke up Wednesday morning in the middle of the heatwave of the last week of June. Oh, great. I called a couple of the big AC repair people, and no one could come inspect the unit until the next week. I happened to find The Coolest, read reviews, and gave them a call. Reese was here that afternoon in the appointment window, and took the time to show us where the compressor had shorted out. Bianca in the office was very patient, answered multiple panicked phone calls from me, and worked overtime to get parts ordered and get me on their schedule for the next afternoon. The crew was here as promised and got the unit up and running again. There's nothing pleasant about the AC going out ever, much less when it's 103, but The Coolest team did everything they could to minimize the stress. I appreciate them all.

Our AC unit went out on Monday evening. After spending a few hours trying DIY maintenance / repairs with no luck, I called the Coolest at 8am Tuesday morning. My call was quickly answered and I was very happy to get an appointment scheduled the same day! Trenton actually arrived earlier than the expected time and quickly worked to diagnose the problem. He was very informative through the process, discussed his findings, presented me with a clear quote (cheaper than I expected), then fixed the problem quickly. Our unit is blasting cold air again and is actually quieter than it was before. Trenton was great! He answered all my AC unit / system questions. I had a very good experience with The Coolest last Fall. I was looking into getting a new HVAC system. Mark went through the different options with me and was responsive in answering my questions. I worked with Mark and Bianca to schedule my installation. They fit me in to their schedule very quicky and answered my questions about the installation process. The team for my home was Rigo and Cole. They were friendly and took their time to make sure everything with the new system looked good. I had a great experience working with Mark and his team! I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted and with their expertise, they helped me see the bigger picture with my project. They weren’t trying to upsell the situation, because at the end, the invoice ended up being less in price but higher in aesthetics and quality. A company that does that seems to know how to keep their clientele base.

These guys are the absolute best in the business! Rigo, Cole, and Dagan worked on my install and they could not have been more professional. I recently purchased a brand new custom home but the builder had installed a very cheap and poorly functioning A/C. I hired The Coolest LLC to come and replace the entire system with a top of the line Bryant system. Their bid was extremely competitive and better than most bids I got. Additionally, this was a very complex install and their workmanship was flawless. The system is working great and I couldn't be more thankful. Thank you team! I will never use anyone else!

I live in a condo with a specifically difficult to replace AC system. After talking with several other vendors, whose price ranges went from 11k-15k, it turned out that none of them could actually get me what I needed. The Coolest could get me the exact part I needed because they're not beholden to one manufacturer for parts, they can order whatever they want as needed (bigger AC companies have a deal with a specific manufacturer and can only order from a specific list, which is fine most of the time for most people).

Not only was the Coolest able to get me exactly what I needed, but the cost they told me made me go, "that's fair," instead of, "oh my god... well, I guess so, if there's no other choice." They replaced my old AC, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and were down to earth and did a great job explaining everything.

Smaller businesses have less overhead, so the consumer pays less. Great service, great people, it's a relief to find companies like that these days.

Reese was awesome in helping us to resolve a sudden AC problem that left us without AC during this hot weather. Bianca responded to our crises in a patient and prompt manner by arranging for a same day after hours visit by Reese. Reese was prompt, courteous and methodical in his assessment of the problem. He instilled confidence and trust by responding consistently and keeping us informed about the status of the repair. We appreciated his competence and trustworthiness. We had an HVAC maintenance service done by Kaleb at The Coolest. Kaleb was on time, efficient and so kind! This was our first time having our HVAC serviced and he explained everything and was very knowledgeable. We live in a condo with our A/C on the roof (three stories to climb!) and he had no issues servicing our roof A/C. We signed up for the twice yearly maintenance and were very pleased with The Coolest service. We would highly recommend The Coolest!
