Flash Air Solutions did an excellent job installing a new outside condenser unit for us. While they were there they inspected the attic unit and found some air duct leaks and fixed those also. Great company, great personnel and fast service! I highly recommend them.

I contacted Gilbert about insulating my attic. We agreed on a price and he came out and did the job. However I was not satisfied with what was done. I talked with Gilbert, he was very nice and polite, his only question was what did he need to do to satisfy my concerns. We discussed what I wanted and he agreed to take care of it. His crew came back out and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. This ended up a very pleasant experience. Gilbert was gentleman about the whole thing.

These guys were absolutely amazing. I would recommend them for any and all your HVAC needs. Not only did they get to my house a week before the other guys could, they also got me up and running the same day, and were cheaper than the other guys. Flash air solutions needs to be your only call for any of your HVAC and Heating needs.

I just had the pleasure of meeting this crew on the side of Hwy 19 when my tire blew. They were extremely pleasant and very professional! I am a nurse and a small business owner and I cannot say enough about these wonderful gentleman who helped me. They will be the first I call when I need air conditioning sevices! I am quite certain of their ability to fix my a/c after watching them change my tire like I was in the Indy 500.

Having moved here from Alaska I was clueless about AC systems. Flash Air Solutions was highly recommended to me. My husband and I decided to install a complete heating and cooling system which included converting vents and adding additional ones. The new efficient system has reduced my energy costs.
The workers arrived on time each day. Work was completed within the allotted timeframe and work area left very tidy.

We can’t recommend Flash Air Solutions enough.

To begin with, Gordon (the owner) was quick to respond and thorough in his explanations and answers to any questions we had. He acted like he had all the time in the world for us, walking us through everything, which is exactly what you want as a customer. You don’t want to feel pressured or rushed, especially with something like an AC system installation. These are big decisions and a huge purchase, and something you’ll live with (for better or worse) for years.

The pricing was also very competitive, saving us quite a bit of money compared to quotes from other local HVAC companies. This was absolutely essential, especially with a limited remodeling budget.

Gilbert and the rest of the guys that did the actual installation were professional and affable, and were extremely thorough throughout the installation process. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work and this was more than evident here. They took their time, which is what you want for something like this. I have no doubt if it were a different situation, say, the middle of the summer and we needed an AC repair quickly, that they would work fast to accomplish it and get us cool again. But in our situation, we aren’t living in the house yet and I’d much rather a contractor/technician/tradesman be slow, methodical and thorough rather than be in a hurry.

I think it’s also worth noting that they were neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were very respectful of other people’s property. It’s easy to be messy when working around a remodel/demo job because, well, everything else is a mess, and yet they were anything but.

The finished product was exceptional and well thought out, and although it will obviously be hidden behind attic doors, the details and dressings were such that you’d think it were to be displayed proudly in the middle of a room. Again, evidence everywhere that they take pride in their work. They fixed up the other (older but still functioning) unit and went above and beyond on that as well, and did it at, yet again, a very competitive price.

After it was all said and done, Gordon came back out to the house and walked us through everything they had done, how to go about performing general maintenance, what to expect or look out for, how to program the thermostats, etc. He even had the guys come back out to install a valve on the older unit which he didn’t have to do, as it wasn’t really part of the deal. He just knew it was the best/right way to do it and once again went above and beyond for his customers.

It’s true what they say about ratings and reviews often being skewed on the internet because most people only leave them when they’ve had a bad experience, and unfortunately we’re often the same way. But in this case we received such exceptionally good service that it would just be wrong not to share our experience.

Good crew. Knowledgeable, competent and punctual. You can see the military in their work ethic. Way less than EASCO. Had our unit up and running in about an hour. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
