We have used Air Concepts at both of the leasing properties that we manage in College Station for the last few years. We appreciate their promptness in all of our HVAC issues, a working AC leaves happy residents!

So glad we found this company. They have repair both our AC and our heater over the past few years. Each time we've feared the worst only to have them come out, fix it, charge us a fair price. Our technician Markeith is topnotch. He knows his business thoroughly and is size up the problem and fix it in no time flat. Today they worked us in for our heater which was thoroughly appreciated since more cold weather is expected. Can't say enough about this company!

Great experience with Air Concepts! They sent a guy out the next day (Jason). I was worried he was going to try to upsell me on newer equipment, but ours just required a fan motor replacement, which was very reasonable for parts and labor. I am confident we got an honest and well-priced repair.
Julie, the office staff member, was also responsive in sending our invoice and keeping me updated on status of repair.

Air Concept really showed professional integrity with my situation. Without going into too much detail, the Owner listened to my issues and concerns, addressed them professionally and attacked the problem head-on without hesitation or issue. The tech that was sent out on my call, Aaron was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In the end, all issues were addressed and repaired properly. As a homeowner looking for a heating and air vendor, my ultimate question is who can I trust? Today, Jason and Markeith of Air Concept Services worked diligently to earn my trust. Over the years I have used several vendors for both commercial and residential services. I have come across several honorable vendors, and others that I question. I don’t know enough about electricity and how the power is back feed through an AC system that can take out a blower motor, and a control board. When the situation is out of my control or expertise, and it means that more is going to come out of my pocket, then I have to know that I can trust the expert to do the job. The experience was time consuming and expensive, but I am thankful to Jason and Markeith for taking the time necessary to do the job right. Jason has a clam demeanor. He was able to explain the situation with clarity and confidence. Markeith seems trustworthy, diligent. The only reason they lost a star is because they don’t have great communication on when their workers will be arriving to your house.
