Holman's Quality Plumbing

We had a blockage from a shifted pipe discovered on a Saturday, preventing us from using the toilets. The first two companies I tried wouldn't be able to come until Monday, but Holman's was able to come out within the hour. The job ended up being more involved than expected, but the crew was fantastic and professional and got us running until it could be fully fixed during the week. The only issue I had was that the second crew finished the job and left without knocking on my door, so I wasn't sure how to pay; I recently got an invoice by email. I thought the prices were fair and the work well done.

I have used them before for rental units, had no issues. But this time I have had nothing but bad luck with them. My tenant texted me before Thanksgiving that the shower handle had broken off. Since they were going to be out of town I arranged for Holman's to look at it Monday after Thanksgiving weekend.

They came out and looked at it. 2 days later I had to call them to find out what was going on, they told me the shower control was old and parts no longer available and that the plumber was going to get with the operations manager to see how to proceed.

From that point forward I had to call and was told each time that someone will call me back. It is now the 9th and they have made one attempt to call me. I could not answer the phone at the time. When i did call them back I was told they will call you and to check back Monday morning.

Their customer service is poor. I will find another company to resolve the issue.

I had Holman Quality Plumbing come out to do work on my house for adding a new bathroom, converting half bath to full bath, and moving some water lines/drain lines. If I would’ve known this company would have the worst quality I’ve even seen I would’ve gone elsewhere to have my plumbing done.

This company cuts all kinds of corners, such as trying to tell me I had to raise my entire bathroom floors to fit their pipes, them telling me I need to fur out my walls to have 2x6 instead of 2x4, them leaving pipes out in the middle of the floor, pipes not properly glued together, installing pipes with cracks, leaving cut pipes venting in the attic and removing half the drywall in my house and not properly fixing any of it. This has not only wasted my time but has caused all kinds of headaches during the process. They’re quick to be on the phone asking for money but you have to call them out 500 times to fix problems that should’ve properly been done the first time.

The waterlines that are found in the bathrooms now looks like a 4 year old installed them as they’re all over the wall and not properly installed by a professional. I hired this company to pull plumbing permits since we were adding a new bathroom but they never did. Then they tried to threaten me about my house not being permitted. If I can give my advice, run as far away from this company as possible. Go with other companies, I’m honestly not sure how they’re still in business.

Picture’s I’m show casing is their plumbing installed all over the place and their pipes that they told me to build out the wall for but cut some corners and placed them outside like they did. On top of that none of those pipes are properly connect, worst of all they’re now a trip hazard.

I went to 2 other plumbers They wanted to charge $700 for the first hour and $350 for each hour after for leak detection The guys with Holman came out and knew right away what the issue was and took care of it for $300

Holman’s Quality Plumbing does exactly what their name suggests. We recently had a backup in our home and while we got a multiple bids to fix the issue, Holman’s was the only company who was interested in actually fixing our problem. They were relentless in trying to figure out the issue which took almost two weeks. Not only were they considerate, kind, and informative, but they also figured out the problem and fixed it all. I can’t say it was cheap but their work is quality. You get what you pay for, as they say. Thank you for your help in getting our plumbing issues addressed. Highly recommend. Will be using them for any and all plumbing matters moving forward.

I have used Holman's for several years at my business and at my home. They always respond promptly, They just finished a job repairing two leaks at my house, and did the plumbing on a bathroom remodel last fall. I am always pleased with the work they do, the communication is exceptional and the employee's have been knoweldgeable and respectful.

Scott came out identifying the source of problem went to work right away was professionally courteous and seemed to be a good happy person taking pride in his work and service.

Jorge and Caleb showed up on time and were so nice and professional!! We had a nightmare of a plumbing issue that left us without toilets or showers/tubs for 2 days due to another company. After explaining what was happening and what the other company did Jorge and Caleb assessed the situation and made a plan. Within the first 10 minutes they found the problem and started the repair process immediately. Not only did they fix the problem they also explained where the issue was, what they were doing and why. Not to mention Caleb gave my husband pointers on how to correctly put something back he took off the tub that he shouldn’t have. With this being said, we really just wanted to express our appreciation of these two men and the company they work for, for getting the job done quickly and professionally. Tonight we are great full we can take showers and use the restroom in our own home!! Thank you.

I had a great experience with Holman's Plumbing. Although the first plumber they sent out wasn't able to figure out the problem (faulty shower valve), they sent out a new one a few days later, and Orlando did a great job. They applied what I paid the first time ($100) toward my new bill, which I thought was very fair. I will use them in the future; great work!

I used Holman's Quality Plumbing for the first time right after the big freeze to fix a burst pipe. I greatly appreciated the fact that, even though they were very busy, they called me right back to set up an appointment. The plumber came to my house after hours with no extra fee. Subsequently, there was another problem in July. The worker determined that the initial repair was faulty and the cause of the leak. He fixed it with no charge to me. Of course it is best to have the initial repair done and no further problems, but my point is this: this is an honest company that will take responsibility for any problems. I highly recommend them.
