I've used Chuck's twice and man are the good. On time, friendly, and honest. They explain the options to me and the positives and negatives. Their staff is nice and they are flexible. Plus, I just love seeing them!
I had Chuck's Air Conditioning come out to check my unit after another company failed to repair it. The company was responsive and was able to work me in the same day. The company was able to restore my unit to normal working order and went above and beyond in their service. I would not hesitate to call them again and will be using them in the future for annual service.

Also Eunice is the one that answers the phone as well. Great service all around. I plan to use them again and can update you all on that experience me.

They are very knowledgeable- we had 4 companies come out to diagnose our HVAC system and they were the only ones who could figure out the issue and then resolve it. Highly recommend Chuck’s!
I called Chuck's ac when my ac is not cooling. They sent a tech right away but failed to mention about the service charge. Tech (Matt) diagnosed the issue to a leak at the elbow of the compressor. He called the office to get a quote. The unit holds 6.5lbs of refrigerant and based on what I heard (and saw online), $70/lb is the cost. It will take 1.5hrs to fix but he doesn't have the time to fix then and will come back. Even at the going rate of $200/hr math does not add up to his quote of $1125. Matt then left to his next job with my job unfinished. See picture with some parts left outside and the fan not screwed in. When I checked with Chuck for paying half of the service charge his reply was I was trying to scam him. When I said it is their responsibility to tell me the cost upfront of service charge, his reply is it is my responsibility to ask (ask what I don't know?) and he will serve a lien on my house. I paid up the $89 service charge because in Texas consumers lose. BTW, I never paid service charge for residential service before. I don't mind paying but it should be clear upfront so we can make an informed decision. I got 2 others agree to come without service charge. After I got one of them show up and with a quote is $700, I cancelled the other appointment.
I was fortunate enough to have Chuck come to my home and fix my a/c today. It dropped to the 'teens last night so I called them this morning. He came out quickly and got it fixed while explaining the how's and why's. The speed, quality, and customer service has won my business from this man. Chuck, I cannot thank you enough for keeping my family warm this Christmas.
I called and they were able to come out within two hours of my call. The technician, office staff, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again in the future if we need a service.
