Northern Tool + Equipment

Went in looking for a trailer in the $3-$4k range today. The staff seemed intent on doing their best to ignore me. I walked the entire store and browsed around. Not a single hello. Woman at register was laser focused on her cell phone. All other employees avoided eye contact. I have a thick skin but a place of business should have to earn my business not the other way around. The relationship with Northern tool was over for me before it even began.

The customer service here is horrible! Went in ready to buy a chainsaw and weed eater just had a few questions. Got completely ignored. One employee walked right by the aisle and never acknowledged me. There were several employees working that I saw when I walked in. Other than the one who walked by. They were all on one aisle on the other end of the store. 2 cashiers saw me standing on the main aisle needing help and completely ignored me. Now I understand why they only had a couple of customers. I don’t understand a business that doesn’t want to take your money when you’re trying to give it to them. Went to Home Depot And got what I needed. They were happy to take my money. I’ll never step foot in Northern tools again and will let everyone know why.

The employees there where great and there is a young lady named Mo that works there she was very helpful excellent customer service

Moe was very helpful every time I visit this location and she makes her customers feel like family!!!!

Northern Tool almost always has what I’m looking for at reasonable prices. So, it’s usually my first stop when I have to get tools, parts or equipment.

First time there. Some things are a bit pricy, but all good quality tools.
