Unethical Company! They charged me 1896.34 for a replacement part that only cost 165.34. I was told that this part was going out. I got scared and told them to do the job. I later found out that the part was still under factory warranty, and they told me that it wasn't. I would never use this company again. Beware!

We had furnace troubles and had a few different company's out. Chad with Southwest Mechanical went above and beyond. Thank you so much Chad.
