Vaughan's AC & Heating

I had called and within hours Gary had made arrangements to come to my home to check my ac unit. He was quick and efficient. After finding out the problem was back within a day to make sure he could complete the job. He was friendly and not only fixed my coil but cleaned up around the unit and even topped off the freon. He went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend and use him again.

I called Mr. Vaughan on Sunday at 11:30 am and his voice box was full, so I sent him a text message. He responded within 10 mins with a call and said he would come by as soon as he could after he got some time this afternoon. He called me before he arrived around 3:40pm and had my AC up and running again within 20 mins. Much appreciated in this +100 degree Texas heat!! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Fairly priced and didn’t even charge me an extra fee for being able to come out on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend! I will be calling him again for future service and maintenance!

Gary came out to fix my air conditioner at 8:30 pm after working all day!
We have had him do our regular service since living here in Burnet. He’s a great guy and you can count on him for help!

Gary Vaughan took my call this morning about my AC. He was so busy but still came out, assuring me regularly where he was with other jobs. He arrived at 9:30pm even after i said i could wait until the next day. I live 15 miles out of city limits as well! Gary explained everything he was doing and details about preventable maintenance. Extremely reasonable to the point i felt i was underpaying him! I did under pay him but he wouldnt take anymore money. Gary is the kindest, most professional person ive ever met and will be the only one I call for my AC/heating needs from now on. I asked him for a bunch of business cards to give to as many people i know. It's refreshing to know there's still kind, honest and extremely hard-working people like him as exhausted as he was upon arrival to my home. My AC is running 👍

Would absolutely recommend Gary for all your AC needs. Excellent customer service. Incredibly reasonable rates. And when we had an issue with our AC, he stayed after hours (until past 8:00 pm!) to see it was fixed. Five star service!

We used Vaughan A/C several times. He replaced our
HVAC system about a year ago with a much better Bryant unit
which has been saving us $$$$. Today at 106 degrees the unit stopped cooling I called around 6:30pm and Gary had it fixed by 8:30pm.
THAT's SERVICE !!!!!

I called and left a message last week and never got a call back, 2 subsequent calls and the voicemail box is full. Reviews look good and I'd love to have my AC fixed, but not any good if you can't get a hold of him.

We called Gary on a Sunday morning not thinking that we could get our AC repaired. He returned our call and was out to the house in no time and had our AC fixed and running in less then 30 min and he has reasonable rates even for the weekend. This is a number that we will keep in our contacts if we have friends that need AC repair we will be calling Gary. Thanks Gary for taking care of us.
