We just had our A/C replaced this week. After much calling and questions, we settled on them. They were professional, responsive and did an amazing job. They followed all Covid protocols and we felt at ease knowing we made a good decision. They did not try to upsell us on more than we needed. We paid $6,800 for a new A/C and furnace for a 2400 sq. ft. home. HIRE them, you won't regret it.

The company doesent seem to exist. I’ve tried to reach out but with no outcome. The number listed doesn't work.
Background : They replaced the AC coil in my 4 Ton AC last year. The coil had a 10 year warranty and 1 year labor. Within a year I found that my AC isn’t cooling and had to call a different company to look at it( Due to the fact that I didn’t get any response from my team). I was told there may be a leak or an issue with how the coil was installed. Had to again pay to get a refill of Freon.

My Team and Home Commercial Services worked very hard to fit us in for a water heater installation. We had to leave town in two days so they were able to provide a next day service. Brad did an excellent job in installing the new water heater in spite of some complicated repiping work. The price is very reasonable. I found this company at Yelp for five star reviews and they truly delivered a Five Star job! I highly recommend it.

We had to replace our water heater and My Team was able to come out same day! Farris (I hope I’m spelling that right) came and uninstalled our water heater, swapped it out for us at the store because it was still under warranty, and reinstalled a new one. Farris was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He did efficient, good work and even cleaned up after! I was so impressed that I asked him for his managers info so I could brag on him! We have also had our HVAC repaired/cleaned/installed and maintained by My Team and everything has always been done well with a fair price. I highly recommend this awesome company.

My Team came out Sunday morning after my 21 year old a/c quit working. Brad arrived at my house an hour after I called. He had my air running in a few minutes and with a quick diagnosis recommended replacing. Brad gave me a general quote and e-mailed a detailed quote for a complete 5 ton system replacement that could be done as soon as Tuesday. They came out as scheduled and now I have an amazing system. The brand I was quoted was not available. They upgraded me to a better system for the same price. This is a fantastic company that I will recommend and use in the future. These guys are ready to take care of their customers, professional, detailed work with great prices.

I had a few plumbing issues that I needed to be done. Zack and Ferris were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. They weren't even daunted by the power going out for a short while. They made sure everything was done perfectly and cleaned up after themselves.
I will definitely use their services, if needed, again.

Woke up on a Sat at 8am to AC not blowing cold air. Found this company on Google and within an hour, they'd scheduled my after hours service and completed the repair. Tech Stephen diagnosed the issue almost immediately and had a replacement part on hand. He was polite and professional. Fantastic service all around. Will absolutely use again.

The first repair was on our AC. Stephen was so knowledgeable and quickly fixed our AC. What I really appreciated was he was empathetic to our situation, and I felt went above and beyond to make the repair happen quickly. I was working that day, and he pulled the job off on my lunch hour. Most importantly, he fixed it and the AC has never cooled like this. Very impressed with his knowledge base, and his attention to detail. I missed giving feedback for him, so I did want to say he was awesome! That experience led me to call back for help with our heater. I immediately got a call back and service was set for the next day.

Today, the second repair, was on our heater. It would turn on but was not heating at all. Ryan did an excellent job. He was actually early to the appointment, and asked prior if he might could come earlier, which I thought was awesome because it was really cold in our home. It’s a cold day, and the fact that he did the repair as fast as possible was a plus. The service he provided was professional and courteous, and he was also empathetic to our situation. Now it’s nice and warm in our home, and given that we are about to have super cold temps this week, I am so grateful. Very affordable service. I really like that the estimate fee is only $35 and then that fee applies toward the service done. That meant even if we could not afford the repair, we could at least know what we were looking at for a super affordable rate; which was an added bonus. I’m really happy with this company for both AC/heater repairs!! 5 star!!!

The folks at My TEAM were great. The A/C at my business was not performing well and I called to get someone to look at asap. They came out within hours and did a bit of PM on the roof-top unit. This got it functional but they also noticed that I had weak fans and other potential failures and ask if it was okay to come back and do a detailed inspection. We scheduled the visit for a Monday and wouldn't you know it, the unit failed on Sunday Night. On Monday, the technician arrived I told him it was out. He did his inspection and found the problem (a bad motor, killed the capacitor, and it was not coming on). I have him the okay to repair, he was back in 2.5 hours with the motor and had us back and operational within 1.5 hours of arrival. I can't discuss or compare pricing but it did not matter, I was in a critical need, they came out, was very professional, and prompt. I highly recommend them

I'm DELIGHTED to have found this company. I'm a property manager, and one that doesn't like to be hot 🤣. They are so quick, they left absolutely no mess, they reviewed the system with me, and their price was the best after 3 bids (property manager here.) Steven and Rudy were prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Also, during snowzilla 2021, my mom and dad had a broken water line that flooded their home and we couldn't get a plumber out for three weeks. Well, My Team came out within two days and had them back up and going. I was so very grateful, my parents are elderly and really suffered without water.

Thanks My Team for being there, and for such a great H/VAC system, and one that's QUIET. Now I can enjoy my back porch without having to yell over my air conditioner.
