Mark did an amazing job on my HVAC service. He even showed me how my system operates and educated me how my system works. He even took the time to put my flute back in place. I am very pleased with Mark Professional and respect will he did the job.
Technicians were prompt and friendly. They came today for the initial diagnosis and found that unit is covered in ice and are slated to come back (tomorrow?) to finish diagnosing it after it thaws out. So far so great!
I called Friday and was able to get an appointment on the following Monday. The technician explained all of his steps and provided feedback at the end of the inspection. The report was sent over within 20 minutes of completion. Thank you Matt for being so professional and knowledgeable!
I was in a bind with My AC unit breaking down in highs of 91°. Airmax fit me in same day to check out the problem. Cant say how thankful I am for that. Matt was probably the nicest trade specialist I've ever met. Not only just a polite demeanor, he wants what's best for his clientele. I knew I was in good hands when he didn't try to BS me. He gave me the facts and let me know what needed to be done. Just a great guy and great at his Job. The dispatch Kim was equally as helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. Simply loved my experience with Airmax all the way through. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

We use AirMax for regular maintenance through their maintenance program. This time we had our AC stop working after a major storm had our power out for 2 days followed by 2 days of heat advisories. I hesitated to call on a weekend for a service call, but got a return call a lot sooner than I expected and a resolution to my AC issues very promptly! Thank you AirMax, and Scott! Stay cool!
The service man lied about issues and when I called the management they refused to send another person I got new AC company they found the problem outside in ac wire while this company said I have to cut all the wall to open up wiring from thermostat. I am so glad I called second company and they fixed it in 30 mins This is something I will report to state since they are cheating clients by telling them wrong things and I have company invoices to prove it and I didn’t have to cut any wall or drywall. Anybody can inspect it.
