Mike McCarthy was our service tech and he was a pleasure to work with. We called for routine AC maintenance service, as well as an exterior AC pipe that was dripping water. Mike found that our main AC condensate line was clogged. After taking several measures to unclog it, he referred us to a plumber. Mike was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took his time to explain everything. We are now TCM members and look forward to working with Mike again. CandelTech Services is quick to respond, and reasonably priced. Give them a call!

Called out for a furnace problem. Did an excellent job 5/5 stars. When summer came around I gave them a call for a leaking split unit. Told them it was leaking and needed some help getting it squared away. Split tech came out and refused to sniff or diagnose leak. Charged for a full refrigerant refill and said I could pay for another refill/call out in a few days to then attempt to find the issue. Got it blowing cold at the time tech was there but with the leak not addressed it was already freezing up the following week. Opted to not call them back out.

Great for everything except split units.
