Our service technician Jon was amazing as well. He took care of our home like it was his own. He thoroughly explained everything and left our home better than he found it. Because of the tornado yesterday, May 23, 2023, we had our downstairs A/C unit stop running. I called around 7pm to see if I could get a service personnel out. I got a prompt answer, and they could come out the next day. Mr. Ernest Lopez came to check out why my downstairs A/C was not running. It turns out it was the thermostat that needed replacing. He did a professional and thorough inspection before deciding where the problem was. He installed the Honeywell Thermostat after getting my approval. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgable, and helpful. I have been using this company for over four years, and each time, they have been thorough and professional. Thank you for running a excellent company.

Absolutely the best customer service ever! Family owned and it shows. They treat you like family. We were given many options along with pros and cons. No pressure. They are the only contractor that we trust with the maintenance and repairs of our HVAC units. They are family owned and operate their business with integrity. They installed a new AC system for us a few years back and it has been wonderful ! Aire Serv of The Woodlands have come to our rescue several times! They are ALWAYS prompt, courteous and professional. Recently they fixed a long-standing ducting problem that our contractor did incorrectly on our remodel, and finally the house is comfortable! They are very reasonable with their rates as well. We recommend them unreservedly.

AireServ was given our contract by the original company that installed a completely new heating and air conditioning system, including upgrading the BTU’s in the outside unit in August of 2019. We had trouble with it from shortly after the install. That company pulled out of the Houston area and gave us to AireServ. AireServ came out on a service call in April 2021 because of a problem and had to repair a number of problems that they discovered from the original install by the other company. I have nothing but praise for AireServ. Their office staff are courteous and professional. Their technicians observed Covid restrictions in place right now, and put our heating and air conditioning system back into working order.
