I had an incident where my A/C went off after hours and I called Jack Gordon and son. They came out quickly, resolved the issue and was very professional. This company went over and beyond for me and is very honest. It's a smaller family owned company who just does not see me as a number. They truly cared about my concerns. They also have a great yearly program that I signed up for. Its worth the money for peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this company for all your A/C and heating replacement and repair needs!!

Jack Gordon and Sons has replaced both of my AC systems and continues to service them on a biannual basis. They install high quality systems and not the cheap unreliable brands. They have a service program that will have them schedule your biannual service and provide a discount on any services needed. All technicians I have encountered have been professional and extremely polite. They also make it very easy to pay any invoice by giving a link to pay online. Jack Gordon & Sons has consistently been one of the best A/C companies I've ever used - their techs are knowledgeable and communicate well, they actually track down the problem rather than make assumptions, and they keep me informed along the way. Their techs Robert and Jacob have been great to us, and I always expect great service and fair treatment - no add-ons or unneeded costs. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, have done so with my friends, and they say the same things.

In all fairness... I am not a current customer of JG&S but I have just recently had two of the Gordon's come out to my home to help access AC issues we are having (newer construction other HVAC company installer) . This was the 5th AC company we had try to identify our problem and the Gordon's were by far the most informative and willing to help. We will be using JG&S for our maintenance program moving forward and appreciate their time and knowledge to date. We look forward to recommending them to our friends and neighbors. I highly recommend these guys to any needing A/C services. My unit got knocked off line white the recent storm. They were able to get me scheduled the same day and were he prior to the promised time. They resolved the issue with no high pressure up sale tactics.

Jack Gordon & Sons Air Conditioning & Heating were exemplary in their response and support, this past week. One of our central units stopped working. Personnel came on Saturday morning, to inspect the unit and ordered the parts, for repairs to be done the following Tuesday. The shipped part, was found to be defective. Technician committed to expedited procurement of new part. The owner of Jack Gordon & Sons Air Conditioning & Heating personally picked up the part the following day (yesterday) and had it installed. The unit is fully functional.

This company is by far the best! I called because my AC went out in my house, well as you know living in Texas at this time of the year, that just wasn’t going to work. So I called and was able to get someone out within a day. The nice gentleman came out and knew exactly what the issue was! He was able to get us back up and running within an hour or so. This job turned out to be a particularly difficult one since they had to remedy a lot of items the original installer installed incorrectly while working in a small, hot attic. I was so worried of heat stroke.
