The service was prompt. Their assigned technician arrived on time. I was informed when he was on the way by text. The work was done in a timely manner. David the technician kept me informed as he diagnosed and then repaired the unit. I was informed of the cost prior to installation so I was aware throughout what my upfront costs would be. I have used AAS before as well and have always been satisfied with their level of service and care.

This company is awesome! They did the work fast and for a great price. The service was also friendly and informative. They were happy to answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of before they left! Will be recommending them to others!

I am very pleased with the service from Ali air. My AC was not cooling and summer is soon approaching. They came out soon to diagnose the problem. The technician was knowledgeable and clearly explained the issue. They gave me an estimate immediately. After comparing few quotes they were able to beat all other quots. They did a great job fixing the problem and getting the HVAC up and running within 48 hours. Their technician and office staff are courteous and make the experience as painless as possible . Ali's Air is fabulous. Excellent people, excellent service, prompt, efficient, and fair. They won't sell you something you don't need and will take the time to explain everything you need to know to make educated decisions.

I'm slow to leave reviews. However, in this case, i had to take a moment to say something. You will NOT find a more professional company in DFW. I grew up on your word is your Bond. This company hands down delivered. This is my second time using them. They are my Hvac company period moving forward. Professional service and they take the time to explain with details. I 100% recommend giving them a shot.

Since the first contact until today I have only great words for Ryan and all the crew who supports the company.

Even when I had an issue and a part had to be replaced (under warranty), everything went smoothly and pretty fast (even over the weekend).

After months of trying to contact Ali to do the work that was already paid for, i resorted to leaving bad reviews to get him to finally do the work. He responded and then installed the unit but left it unfinished. He sent someone out to check on things and fix a few issues. Nothing was done and he stop responding. Numerous others on Nextdoor have reported similar experiences.

Quoted fair price (1 was 2x the price), Lennox 2 stage 5 ton and 3 ton.
