Pete Perez, the tech that was sent to do the maintenance call, was very through in explaining what he had done to improve the life of the unit. He was very helpful in explaining any questions I had. A very courteous and respectful young man. Was extremely pleased with his work.

The two guys that installed our mini splitters downstairs were here early, very courteous and extremely helpful to my husband moving boards out of the workbench so the workbench could be moved for the condensation lines. The cleanup process was impeccable, as well. Many thanks to Aire Serv for hiring true professionals.

Our Technician arrived on time and was prepared to get our HVAC operating again. He called before arriving to obtain specific information regarding the faults we had and based on our I formation he was quickly able to doliognose the HVAC and determine what was wrong. His truck was equipped with the correct parts and he explained what he found and provided options for the repair and future preventative maintenance. He also discussed some design flaws he felt might cause problems in the future. It was great to have these items explained. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The Aire Serv representative, Noel Barruetta was a true professional, friendly and trustful. His 12+ years experience really is evident. He came out the same day I called, diagnosed the situation, quoted me on the spot with various repair options. Together we arrived at a perfect option and his crew was at my home the next morning, on time, to start the installation and repairs. They sent text messages and emails to confirm scheduled service appointments, and when the technicians are on their way. They even provided a picture of the technician who will be at my door. I highly recommend Aire Serv for their professionalism, incredible service level, and their HVAC training and knowledge.

Pete Perez was sent to maintenance and diagnos the leak in my AC. He was thorough in checking EVERYTHING. We have had other companies come fix other issues through our home warranty company. Not one single one of them seem as qualified or professional as Pete from Airserv. We are replacing our whole unit, inside and out. Yes, we could get it cheaper. However, it's the service that sold me on going through Airserv. Great job!!! 👍
