Philip, showed up ready to help he is an awesome guy! Him and his boss talked and worked me an amazing deal. The installation team was fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job. My house is nice and cold and you can barely hear the unit running. I can't recommend A-Star enough. Great company, great service, and great people.

I was able to get same day service. They had a coupon on their website for drain cleaning service which I used. Generally, I'd rent a machine myself from Home Depot and clean my lines out myself but the coupon made this deal even sweeter and I didn't have to do any work but pay. Cooper was the technician that came out and he didn't mind me watching what he was doing or mind me asking questions. I need to have additional repairs done and Cooper was not pushy at all about letting me know my options. I appreciated that about him.

I called A-Star and they got me an appointment right away and Peter my technician was on time and very knowledgeable about the issues I was having, explained everything in detail to where I could understand it. He also explained their member program to me and the benefits of having one and as a first time home buyer it was a great fit for me. Jeremy installed a gas line for a stove that is getting delivered later. He got the job done fast and the price was spot on with the estimate. Even cleaned area after the repair. He is even coming back when stove is delivered to connect gas lines.. service is awesome. I’ll be using them again!!!! 5 star!!

Had a small issue with our system and we were able to have a technician out within a couple of hours. While he was inspecting our area of concern he noticed an issue with a different component and verified we had warranty coverage and helped us to get that fixed as well.
