Chapman air was fantastic!! I might be extra excited that I have my air back. But Dwayne made the process so easy, he explained everything to me and I have lots of questions so thank you so much. He had me up and running in no time! My kids were so grateful because it was hot!!!! I will never use anyone else. I felt like family was taking care of me! Thank you Dwayne!!

I couldn't get my air conditioning to work properly. My best friend had referred me to this company. So I had the honors of meeting the best man for the job Dewayne Kay he showed up on time, was efficient and a gentlemen. As always, David Miles with Chapman Air & Heat, did a great job checking and maintaining my air conditioning system. They call ahead to let me know they are on the way, arrive on time, perform the service in a professional and efficient manner and alert me to any issues that need to be resolved. I always feel confident in their recommendations and that my A/C will run well throughout the summer.

We have been using Chapman Air for the past few years after our previous A/C company increased their rates. So far we are completely happy with their service. Their service men are friendly and competent. They also are very clean. No mud or debris brought in after servicing the outdoor unit. Highly recommend.

We have been using Chapman at our 2 businesses and our home since 2014. Whenever we need service I just give Karen a call and she gets us on the schedule usually the same day or the next day. The techs are polite and knowledgeable. I have dealt with the same tech, David, for many years. He's always on time and honest, never trying to tell us we need unnecessary repairs.

I have been impressed with how punctual this company always is. The technicians are knowledgeable and take time to explain and answer questions. Dwayne and V performed out summer maintenance and we right on time and very thorough.

The team is always very professional , specifically Bobby who does the maintenance on our units . What an outstanding job he does every time . He pays great attention to detail. We definitely recommend using their service.

Bobby and his assistant did a wonderful job checking my A/C unit that wasn’t cooling. They were able to quickly diagnosis and repair the issue and make all required repairs at the same time. When they were done the A/C unit was up and running!! I was vey satisfied with their work, experience and knowledge!
