WOW! From the time I called and spoke with Crystal to when Josh and his partner showed up at my house, I was impressed. Crystal was friendly and efficient. She was able to fit me in same day. Josh and his partner shoed up on time (a little early) and did a great job. They were able to find the issue right away and get it resolved within about 20 minutes and even asked for a broom to sweep a tiny bit of debris. The price was great!! Highly recommend!!

The company sent me a text that they could come earlier than scheduled which was great. I was texted who along with a picture would be working on my unit. The young men were courteous, professional and efficient. They explained the issue and what they did to repair it. The repair cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Cozy D for all your HAV maintenance and repair.

The Cozy-D tech, Hayden, was exceptional! He calmly & systematically troubleshooted my system and discovered a factory issue, i.e., a leak in the freon line at the compressor inside the outside unit. Three other tech visits totally missed the problem and just recharged the line leaving it to leak again. Hayden fixed the leak and left my newish AC working tip top.

Techs like Hayden restore my faith in the HVAC industry.
