    Upon having our air ducts inspected we were informed that our air conditioning system had been improperly installed and needed to be fixed asap because it posed a safety hazard so after obtaining several quotes we decided to contract with Crest AC because of their fair quote and ability to fit us in their schedule in a reasonable time frame. We were very pleased with their installation and customer service and as promised 6 months to the date, they returned to perform a AC check and now the system is operating more efficiently than ever!! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!!!

    Anytime your air conditioner goes out in the middle of 100 degree heat, it is an emergency. Crest was able to come to the house within four hours after my call on Monday morning. The news wasn't good. A major leak, the condenser shot, and the outside unit was on its last breath. The service tech Chris gave me four options, a good explanation of each, and when asked gave me his opinion as to which option he felt was best for me.

    I chose the option I wanted.They were back the next morning promptly at 9am and were finished by Noon. Cold air blowing out and a new unit on the outside that was whisper quiet. The techs covered the carpet and wood flooring. Clean up was excellent.

    I would have given them 5 stars except for the following:
    1. The warranty card and the associated serial numbers was not filled out. The unit in the attic is covered up and I cannot get to the serial number without opening the blower/furnace unit.
    2. The thermostat is a touch screen but was not completely set up. The date and time were left at the reset time and date. The cycles were not programmed.

    While the thermostat wasn't hard to program, it was a bit aggravating that I had to do it essentially from the beginning. The warranty card and the missing serial number is especially aggravating as I cannot register the warranty without the serial number and I cannot get the serial number without opening the blower unit up in the attic.

    Conclusion:
    I will use Crest again and I would recommend them to friends. If the unit needs service or warranty repair, I will call them. I just wish they had filled out the &$*#^ warranty card.

    I was driving behind one of this company's trucks this morning (5/18/16) southbound on the DNT and witnessed the slimebag passenger throw out his breakfast trash out of his window. The driver soon after exited with me on the Spring Creek exit and blatantly accelerated through a solid red light.

    The actions of this vehicle's occupants may not reflect on the HVAC work but, in my experience, definitely influences the overall practice culture and business ethics of a company.

    If you're going to hide from being a dirtbag try not to do it in your rolling advertisement.
