John has been out to service the AC several times. He is consistently professional and pleasant, neat and courteous. He takes the time to answer questions and explain what is needed. John is always personable, seems to really enjoy his job and taking care of his customers.

We had John with Master Tech out to service our air conditioning unit. I was given the service window of 12-3PM, he was there promptly at 12PM. He was very kind and helped me move my boxes out of the way, the attic stairs were blocked a bit. He explained what the service entailed, he went the extra mile and vacuumed some of my vents for me. My experience was extremely positive, I recommend his service!

Donny and Haley were nothing less than exceptional. Haley got us on the schedule immediately and Donny was out the very next day. Donny showed up early, which was a very welcome surprise, offered his opinions on multiple issues and helped us come up with the right solution, not just the easiest or most expensive.

Master Tech and Troy are great! They installed my HVAC 3 years ago and prior to that they serviced my old unit. Their customer service is awesome as well. When you call there's no listening to 30 different prompts before talking to a live person. Troy has always been professional and knowledgeable. He keeps in communication with you from the begining of being issued your service ticket and always thoroughly explains the issue and answers all your questions. I'm very happy with their services.
