Lance is the best! Excellent in all his work! So pleased with his services. Lance and 3 other electricians, Cody, Gus and Marco hung and very large Chandelier with scaffolding and did it perfectly. Such a great team we had for this. Also Nick the electrical manager has been very helpful in putting together the group we needed.

The tech gave me a time frame of 8 to noon.. for the first time , he showed up right at 8 , no waiting around all day waiting for them to show up. From the time that he arrived here until he left my driveway 100% professionalism . Complete respect all the way around. Once he finished , he explained everything he seen and done as well as a few recommendations without being overbearing. At the completion of the job , like any other company he had a few maintenance packages that they offer but even then he didn’t overwhelm me nor was he pushy.. very pleasant . Although they may be a little bit on the pricey side this is one of those time that you get what you pay for .. Dustin is an excellent service tech and also an outstanding representative for the company.

Our air conditioning went out, so we called Milestone to come diagnose and repair it. The service was performed by Blair H. Blair was extremely professional, personable, and went out of the way to show me the problem before fixing it. Blair took extra care to wear booties when entering the house and laid out a mat at our door way.

Repair and parts costs were easy to understand and explained before the repair was complete.

Thank you Blair and Milestone, you rock! I 100% will be using you guys again for our future needs and would highly recommend!

Ben did a great job, I will definitely request him for future work. He was thorough in quoting potentials and options. He called his office to secure additional discounts. He creatively solved an installation issue. He was professional and pleasant. I am very satisfied.

Tried using them for the 2nd time. My mistake. They came by to troubleshoot and repair my system, but ended up causing a new problem and didn't even put the system back together properly. They wanted to sell me an entirely new HVAC system for $15-$24k. Quotes from others are $8-$10k. They wanted $2k to replace the folding ladder to the garage. I bought the parts for $280. $1700 for labor? No way. I will never use them again. Broke the cover over the wires to the fan motor. Caused an electrical arc on the power connection to the fan motor (the fan was working until they took everything apart to inspect).
UPDATE - Milestone has reimbursed me for their service charge and the repair done by another contractor. Milestone's Customer Relations managers were very prompt to respond and to resolve the issue. 5 Stars for their customer relations team.

Excellent job! We are had a contract install a shower and the plumbing was a not the best. We hired Milestone to some fix the issue! So far it has been a great experience as they work hand in hand with Hanks to get my project done. Cri has been excellent at communicating and guiding us through the process! Had a storm take out my power line feeding the house. Called Milestone and they were “Johnny-on-the-spot!” An electrician came out and assessed the situation, had all the answers for my home owners insurance adjuster and got them to pay almost INSTANTLY! They upgraded my electric service, installed smoke and Co2 detectors, brought EVERYTHING up to code and were in and out inside of 8 hours. These guys are THEE BEST!!! Highly recommended! They will take care of you! And really do fix it in a flash!!!

Joshua was super respectful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for us and I am thankful. He installed a water line for our refrigerator and new faucets in the guest shower.

Scott was amazing. So thorough. He shared that Milestone is a family-owned business (which is really wonderful). He reviewed the service plans that Milestone offers and the charities Milestone supports. He gave me a fair price for the work I needed done. I'm very happy with the company and trust them.

During my installation of the insulation in attic, I had a great experience, all my questions were answered and explained to me. Mr. Bauer was a very considerate person to be around. And, Mike Reyna was extremely helpful to Jordan, making sure everything was ready to go. Great Teamwork!!! 7/7/23
