Had Sala come out for A/C check. The were very efficient and explained what needed to be done and why. Tony didn't even let a wasp's nest deter him, he just went out and bought some spray and came back and finished the job. Tony & Tim were very professional. Highly recommended.

I had a really great experience with these guys. They were recommended by my neighbor who had used and recommended them up and down the street. Jose came out and thoroughly checked out the system. At the end, all I needed was some cleaning and basic maintenance. There were no tricky gimmics or tricks, and the quoted price was what I paid. It was really like having a friend come over and give you straight answers.

Shawn and John were patient with me setting up an appointment. Got same day service! Many companies told me it would be days and with this heat we couldn't wait days.. Tony came out, was thorough and checked everything. Found the issue and repaired our AC for a great price. We've been using Sala Air for several years. They are family owned and really care about their customers. 'Mark' is on time, friendly, professional, and really knows his job. These guys were awesome! Our A/C went out on a weekend, and they were ready to come out on a Saturday. We decided to wait until Monday since we had temporary cooling, and they came out first thing. They found and fixed the problem that day. We were very happy!

Sala A/C has been taking care of my heating and air conditioning equipment for years and they are really the best. They care not only about the equipment, but also about the customer. They are very trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, and will continue to keep the equipment running long after it's time to let it go. My over 40 year old A/C unit just got replaced yesterday. I moved to the greater Dallas area about 18 years ago. Until I found Sala Air about a decade ago, I had used many companies, but never the same company twice, for various reasons regarding their misleading business practices and upselling.

Sala Air has been honest, professional and extremely fair. I usually don't write reviews for companies but this one is the obvious exception. Everyone from the technicians, to customer service, to sales and ownership have been unbelievable in every facet!

I highly recommend this company. Their rates are more than fair, and I have found you definitely get what you pay for. Other companies may advertise really great rates but my experience has always been that I ended up paying more because of upselling or having to call someone else to fix it again when the issue persisted. I have never had to deal with anyone else but Sala Air.

*****UPDATE *** I continue to do business with this company and they never let me down. I just installed a new furnace and blower and Pablo and his team were exceptional. Pablo was very knowledgeable, explained options and pros and cons on available options. His team were timely, worked clean and respectful of my home and very professional. I will continue to do business with them in the future!

We were exceptionally pleased with Sala A/C and the two men, Tim and Mark, who came to repair and replace a portion of our duct work under our house. We called another AC company several times and they never called back. We found out later that they do not go under the house! In the mean time we called our American Home Shield and they denied coverage. We needed the work done. Tim diagnosed our problem. Tim and Mark replaced a portion of our duct work under the house. They were professional, courteous and got the job done. We highly recommend Sala. They explained everything they were going to do and took pictures of the broken ducts so we could see the damage. They recommended the flex duct, that could be attached to our old hard duct work. This saved us money and was a good solution for the long line that had to be replaced. Thank you Sala A/C!
