Casper Heating & Air Conditioning was great to work with. I used them to fix my AC that stopped working in the middle of the summer. I called several times in the same day to ensure I was doing everything that my home warranty company needed. I was extremely pleased with the service.

It was a great experience from start to finish! Our AC completely went out 5 days before our scheduled install. They sent someone out the next morning to fix it until our new install, free of charge! Actual install was quick, the guys were very professional, and they left the job site spotless. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking for a new system or routine maintenance. They were professional, courteous, and worked very hard to get the job done quickly and properly. They took the time to thoroughly explain the new thermostat works. When the furnace at my business went out, Casper Heating & Air Conditioning showed up quickly to check it out. It turned out, our dinosaur of a furnace needed a part that is no longer manufactured. The repair guy rebuilt the part on the spot with parts he had in his truck. Highly recommended.
