    We had our refrigerated a/c converted back in 2009 and we have been a long standing customer of B&C. Not sure where or how but the customer service we experienced in the past few months has deteriorated. We put in a call to have our unit serviced last year in August and it took 6 visits and hundreds of dollars to get us back up and running. We will definitely find another company to service the unit moving forward.

    Remember to communicate well with costumer service. There is always a reason to a delay. B & C is one of the most honest companies working out their. Unfortunately there are many companies that completely rip off their costumers . Just always talk to customer service.

    DO NOT call this company unless you want to pay an outrageous amount of money for nothing to get done. The tech couldn't even speak English so he couldn't answer any of my questions. When you call the office and ask a question, it's always I don't know or they never get back to you. We had to call a different a.c. company after this so called company claimed to fix the problem with our unit. When we called them back numerous times to let them know we were having the same issue, we were told they would call us back, but never did. We ended up filing a BBB complaint against them.
