Dynamic Heating & Cooling, Refrigeration

Since I posted the original review I was contacted by Robert from Dynamic who apologized sincerely for the lack of response to my calls. It is a busy time of the year and I slipped through a crack. He came out to the house promptly and adjusted the belt tension so the a/c is running quietly and efficiently.
I can now say that I would recommend the company for consideration of any heating and cooling needs.

Two weeks ago Dynamic sent a tech to my home to prep the evaporative cooler for the summer. A few hours after the tech had left, the cooler started making noises caused by a fan belt that wasn't tighten properly. I called the company to tell them of the problem and the secretary said she would pass my message on to the service manager.

Another week went by without any contact from the company other than an email saying my payment had gone through. I called them again, and again the secretary said she would tell the service manager. Another week has gone by without any response.

This company does not care about it's customers, the the quality of it's work, or it's reputation. It seeems to only care about getting paid. There are plenty of other companies, don't waste your money on this one.

Amazing! Within a business day of our request to have our AC unit diagnosed and repaired, the technician came over and ordered the parts. Parts came in quickly abd repairs were made. The team texted and called me to keep me informed. So before the outside Temps rose to the upper 90's, our ac was working perfectly.

Charged $210 to diagnose problems with a promise of an estimate. Over a week later, no email with estimate and their phone is currently not in service. Feel like I’ve just been ripped-off.

Excellent service. Responsive, listened to my concerns. No pushy sales. Kept me informed of any delay. Issac performed a lot of the work. He was punctual, very pleasant, polite and always kept things clean. I will hire them to do all my HVAC maintenance and repairs from now on. Highly recommended.

Dynamic Heating & Coolings Crew was timely and curtious. Job was finished within timeline provided. Old equipment/supplies/debris were all removed from property. It was a pleasure doing Bussiness with Robert and his crew Jose and Danny. I have used them in the past too, and would recommend Dynamic Heating & Cooling to anyone needing their services! Our system works great and finally after 6 years we have heat in our master Bed/bath! Thanks to Dynamic Heating and Cooling. It was a carport enclosure converted before we purchased our home in 2015. Now (Feb 2023) we’re toasty warm and confident we’ll be chillin this summer!

After the first company failed to show up and did not answer calls or messages, I turned to Dynamic. Fernando was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Dynamic Heating and Cooling replaced our near 20 year old air conditioners in the summer of 2020. Robert Vigil was very professional from the beginning. Robert made sure to quote several options and his pricing was very reasonable. The Dynamic installation staff also were very prompt, professional and did a great job communicating what they were doing. They were able to replace the units without the temperatures getting out of control in the house. We had some minor issues with temperature control and Robert and his staff were committed to making it right as soon as possible. We will definitely continue to use Dynamic and I would highly recommend Robert and his staff!
