We are in the process of renovating our house, and we went into Ferguson Plumbing Supplies to shop for three bathtubs. Over one hour later, we left empty-handed, and not because we did not try.
Upon arriving, the receptionist welcomed us, friendly enough. I told her that we were there to look at bathtubs for three bathrooms.
I asked her for information on one free standing soaker/bathtub, and two alcove bathtubs. I gave her the sizes, and she went to her computer, and started looking for what I thought were the specs on my request.
After about 15 minutes, nada! She continued to type, so I figured that she was compiling information on bathtubs.
I continued to take photos, many photos, while we waited.
We continued to wait, and then she directed me to a showroom consultant. He was friendly, and a very fast talker.
He proceeded to tell me that he would want to schedule an hour or more, with me and my contractor, to discuss our renovation.
I had already told him that we had purchased all fixtures, sinks, etc. ALL we needed were 3 bathtubs! Geez!
He berated me and quizzed me as to whether I knew if I purchased all the necessary components to the faucets, toilets, sinks.
I asked him for the specification sheets on the bathtubs that I had looked at. He refused, ignored me, and we left without any information, and frustrated!

Mike aka (5 minute Mike) took 5 minutes maybe less to fix my plumbing problem! Lowe's I love you but your fired as far as plumbing. Ferguson's has all the special order parts DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT LOWE'S FOR SMALL PARTS! Thank you Mike! Will be coming here for plumbing here on out!

Had a very bad customer experience. Was called a liar in front of a couple of employees and even the managers little kid.
The guy that helped me originally was great very nice and helpful.
When I went back with an issue is when the original sales guy was no longer there and the guy in charge, let me have it.
Think I'll stick to ordering off the internet or driving to the eastside.
When I saw that they have almost a 4.8 star rating I was shocked. Then I noticed a pattern that I see quite a bit. For every poor 1-2 star rated review, that is generally very detailed and personalized. There will be a slew of very vague and general 5 star reviews.

Had a great experience 2/20/2020 with David and Mike. They were very helpful and got me on my way quickly. Props for the good customer service which is becoming harder to find. Thanks again for helping me get those laundry line valves!

Sold me defective electric heater. Would not take it back within 30days. Kept giving me faulty replacement heaters (two of them, I'm convinced they knew they were bad!) until I got disgusted. Then it was to late for a refund/credit. You'd think they'd want to keep a happy customer for only $45 bucks. Guess not!!!
Be careful & read their policies!!! It's not like HD & Lowes!!

Needed a very specific tool to complete a job. Asked the guy at the cashiers desk if they had it, and if it was the right one. I even apologized in advance when I asked the question, "How sure are you that this is the right tool"? Best response in the world from him, "Over 20 years experience is telling you that I know what I am talking about".
Couldn't argue with that so I trusted him and bought a different tool that what I had originally planned. Got back to my job and found out that he could not have been more wrong. Needless to say I had to end up delaying the completion of the job, refund the customer a little bit of money, and was stuck with a tool that I would never use.
I have heard some good things about Fergusons so I figured I would give them a shot. Will use them only as a last resort from here on out, and with EXTREME caution.

Terrible. The guy basically said that he did not have the part. OK, so how can I acquire this part? Online? Sure. Any particular part number? No. He tells me to take a picture of it and send it into the Delta Company and maybe they will replace it for free. The other guy pipes in, or you can just buy a whole new faucet. They need to look up the word "customer service." They did not want my business and had no wish to help me. So, they go on my BOYCOTT list. Boycott Ferguson plumbing!!

They have a lot of faucets and repair parts even shower faucets a special thank you from Mr faucet fix plumbing and repair company
